"Well damn you caught us we do. But ain't nobody finna kill you I'm just tryna make this one play." he sighed

"Only a motherfucka that say they ain't gone kill somebody end up killin' them. I don't trust it." I said starting my car back up

"You goin'?"

"Home yea." I chuckled

"Mmchtt ight. When I get out I'ma find you and beat yo ass." he threatened "Ight and remember I drive a black car." I said

"Mhm." he hung up

"Finna go get me some snacks." I mumbled to myself turning into the corner store as the music started again.

"Forgot I had a blunt on my ear."

I parked the car getting out and almost tripped on the curb and laughed silently at myself walking in.

"Mornin' Laya." Mrs. Johnson greeted

"Good mornin' Mrs. Johnson." I waved while going to grab a bag of hot fries.

"You be in this store everyday just to not gain weight the next time I see you." she said making me laugh

"Ma'am why you let them take all the blue calypsos?" I frowned "I saved you one actually cause last time was..." she trailed off

"Yea lets not talk about that." I mumbled grabbing a zebra cake. "Whaaat this all you gone get? Makin' progress." she gasped

I just shook my head digging in my pockets for some money "8.39" she said and I handed her a 10 dollar bill.

"You ca' keep the change." I said grabbing my stuff off the counter "Thank you baby have a good day." she said as I walked out "You too"

"Nigga I'm finna slumberrrr." I dragged walking out the store almost bumping into somebody "Yo pocket fell." I said making her look down

"Go to hell." she chuckled walking. Shit I'a meet you there.

How I wake up still high?

"Xolayaaaaa!" Somebody dragged my name out making me smack my lips "Man who is it and how you get in?"

"I picked yo wack ass lock" the voice said as I walked into the living room seeing my cousin T'waan "Wassup bitch? You tryna-"

"Nobody is tryna smoke damn I got ask ma." he mugged and my phone rang "Hold on. Hello?" I answered my phone and put it on speaker

"Where you at?" the voice boomed "Unt un who is this?" I asked "Damn you forgot about me already? It only been like 2 hours." he said

"Oh I'm at home what you need?" I remembered "I need you to go to that address I sent you earlier." he said

"I'm straight." I yawned walking to the kitchen "Please bro- you know what I'ma just beat the fuck out of you."

"That's suppose to scare me." I mumbled fake jumping. "Nobody said it was supposed to scare you dummy just know if someone randomly start swinging on you then it's me."

"K." I shrugged as if he can see me. "I don't like you." he voiced and I shrugged yawning again "Okay. You done? I'm tryna eat and watch Lady Miraculous." I rubbed my eye

"That's for kids." he said "And? You probably ugly as fuck." I said making T laugh from the living room

"And you probably eat ass allat shit you talkin'." he retorted "I do."I mumbled making him laugh

"So um do you want anything orrrr you just playin' on my phone?" I question standing in front of the microwave

"I want you to go to that address dumb ass. We established that. Fuckin' baldheaded ass." he said
