Chap 3

SAMEER POV
I was still holding her hand and she was looking in my eyes
My heart was jumping up and down
It felt like hours have passed
But she cleared her throat
And I let go of her hand

She turned around and was going
'Mehr' I called her
'Wh-what did you call me' she asked facing me
I stood up
'Mehr I can call you that right' I asked in tension thinking she will mind
'Of course you can' she said
'Only you can' she whispered thinking I didn't hear but a smile crept on my face
I pulled her into a hug
'I missed you' I said putting my head in her neck
She smells like flower
'I missed you too jaani' she replied hugging me back

SAAD POV
I was going to my room from the kitchen with a back of chips
You know midnight cravings
I passed by mehrul's room
'I missed you too jaani' I heard mehrul
I guess it was a reply
I peeked and they were HUGGING
I rubbed my eyes harshly
Am I dreaming mehrul hugging my brother

MY BROTHERRR
I loved seeing them but I had the sudden urge to tease them
So I rushed in and cleared my throat
Mehrul pushed sameer and he landed right on the floor
WHAT A SHOT
'Tou ye karti hain aap Namaz ke naam pe'
(This is what you do on the name of praying)
I said to her I couldn't stop laughing on her reaction
'Ummm what are you doing here'
She replied
'MEHRU-ahh' sameer called her
'Oh shit sorry' she replied forwarding her hand to help him stand up
He stood up and she helped him sit

'Does it hurt' she asked
' nhi it's ok can you bring me water please' he ordered and she ran out nodded like his servant
How she used to do every time
Huh old times

When she was out of the room sameer stood and came near me snapping me out of my thoughts
'Don't you dare tease her' he told me in a threatening voice
'Ok jeez' I replied putting my hands up

We heard mehruls footstep and he sat down with a jot

'Thankyou' he said taking the glass of water

After a while
'Get out' she said suddenly said
And we both looked at her with confusion
'Get out common' she said dragging us both out of the room

And she shut the door on our faces

MEHRUL POV
He called me Mehr
Yes finally
I finally heard the words that my heart was dying to hear
MEHR
I didn't allow anybody to call me this after he
And only he had the authority

I pushed them both out and slept ASAP
My heart was bouncing with happiness

I woke up from my alarm
I was happy and so ready for the day
It was 9 in the morning I had a class really early today

I changed my clothes and went downstairs mama and saman chachi were making breakfast while minaal chachi was setting up the table

'Assalamulaikum' I said in a loud voice so that everybody can hear
They all replied and obviously moms had to be dramatic when their children wake up early in the morning

'My ears are blessed hearing your voice this early in the morning' she said dramatically

'Good morning to you too mama' I said kissing her cheek
I sat down and started munching on the toast

'Assalamulaikum' I choked on my toast hearing his voice
'Walaikumsalam' everybody replied

'Someone's up really early' he said coming to sit next to me
'Mama I have a session right now it will end till 3 than we can go shopping' I yelled because she was far away

'Oh my god you and shopping thankyou my allah you finally gave me my daughter back' she said raising her hands in like a dua

'Saman chachi' I called out to her
'G meri Jan' she replied
'Where is your tattu'
'Sleeping where else' sameer replied
'Dear he doesn't wake up as early as you think'
She replied sighing
'I don't know what I'm gonna do with this boy' she said

'Assalamulaikum' Murat said and everybody replied he came and sat next to me
'Bye mama bye chachis and rafey chachu' I said as I saw rafey chachu coming in the lounge

And ran away because it was already 9:30 and it takes almost 20 mins to reach

'Wait' I heard sameer yelling
'Drop me off at my friends'
'Why me go by yourself'
'I don't have a car'
'Than tell your abba to get you one'
'Please na Mehr' he said pouting and I melted
'Ok let's go'
'Allah hafiz everybody'

We left and I dropped him off And went to my university
After coming I was pretty tired but I already promised mama that I would take her to shopping and even if she agree on staying than the chachis would not
Huh what a life I have

I called mama to be ready and she told me she is waiting for me the last 30 min like women chill

I reached home and they were already waiting outside
I told them to sit in the car and I'll be back
I wanted to drink water I was feeling so nauseous

I went in side to drink water
I couldn't hold myself anymore and my eyelids were getting heavier
They were closing it was getting black
And I .....

HAMAD POV
I was in the kitchen and came outside to see mehrul standing in the middle of the lounge

Her eyes were closing and opening
She was standing but suddenly
She felll

I rushed towards her
A small and weak body was lying on the floor
I went near her mad started yelling her name
'MEHRUL WAKE UP MEHRUL' I shouted patting her cheek

First Manal came out of her room than zohan than Zoha
Than I picked her up in bridal style and went outside only to see mama and chachis waiting in her car
Seeing her laying in that state everybody rushed out I yelled
'ZOHAN START THE CAR DAMMIT'

He instantly sat in the car and started it
I put mehrul in the back and Manal got in putting mehrul's head in her lap
I sat in the passenger seat

We quickly got her admitted

We met the doctor
'Doctor how is she' Ahmed chachu asked on the verge of crying
'When did she had her last meal' the doctor asked
'I don't know' chachu replied
'Who are you to her what is your relation'
'I'm her father'
'What type of father are you if you do not know what she had for her last meal or when she had her last meal' the doctor scolded
His head lowered as he felt guilty

The doctor went back when we saw sameer running towards us
'How is she' he asked in anger his eyes were red
Raging red
'We don't know calm down' Murat said
'How can you not know' he yelled clenching murats collar

'You should've known better she's your wife' he replied in the same voice jerking sameer's hand away

The doctor came
'How is she doctor'
