Keeping Jones busy

I blinked happily and said "Ellie did Dr Anderson ever look after you?"

"She did yes on numerous occasions" Ellie said "You getting sleepy?"

I nodded "and dad and mum will be another hour or so"

"Well there was this one time she looked after me" Ellie started as she wiped my fringe out of my face

"Really what time?" I ask

"Well remember when Norman made me really ill?" She asked me

"No" I said "When was this?"

"After the hurricane" I was told

"No, I didn't come to Pontypandy to way after dad got fired because of Flex" I said

"Ah, well" Ellie said softly "I was with the twins when I had fallen ill"

I listened

"The twins were unwell first but then I fell unwell due to Norman's prank, but the pranks kept coming and coming and let's say I became more and more unwell" she said

"You okay now though?" I ask

She nodded and said "that me is"

"What happened next?" I ask interested

"Well Jones, your parents oringally went to help me look after the twins but then ended up looking after me once I became unwell" she retelled

I nodded to show i was still listening

"Then I ended up coming up to the hospital cause that was what your mum and Helen suggested happened" Ellie said

"So, you came here and Dr Anderson looked after you?" I ask unaware the doctor in question had walked into the room

"Yep and she made me all better also she's my doctor" Ellie said

"Like mine is Harry's" I smile

"Thought I recognised Jones from somewhere" the doctor chuckled "just seen Harry, he asked how you was so I told him"

"No doubt he'll come see me later then" I say

"I was just telling Jones about how you looked after me that one time after a boy in Pontypandy called Norman who pranked me so badly I fell ill" Ellie explained

"I remember that, no one realised to you was cooped up here, I was told they got him back" She said "with a prank of course"

I watched them

"So how do you know Ellie then Jones?" I was asked

"My dads is Sam Jones and my mum is Penny Jones" I said tiredly "Also, I didn't meet Ellie to after dad was fired then rehired because of Flex"

Dr Anderson checked Ellie over to her sure she was safe and healthy and also not hiding any injuries or illness

"So you know what's wrong with me?" I ask

"We are inclined to believe you have water in your lungs, and it needs to be checked out as soon as possible" She said

I froze, "Want dad now"

Penny knew the dangers of water in lungs, everyone did, but Penny after all was the Pontypandy ocean rescue Center main operative, Ben being secound

"They'll be here soon I promise" they both promised me and Dr Anderson went to look for them
