Tatsumi flies the missile through the window of Honnouji Academy and is now face to face with Rei.
Tatsumi: Don't even bother. When Ryuko gets like this, you have no choice but to let go of your past. Trust me on this one.
He quickly grabs her, and later finds Satsuki and Mako. He quickly dives out of the school with everyone before Ryuko destroys it all.
Rei: You fools, I gathered the last remains of Koketsu's Life Fibers and wrapped them around the school. It doesn't matter how large her scissors get it'll never cut through!
Tatsumi: Never you say?
Ryuko closes the scissors down on the academy, which only results in a dent. Tatsumi ran up the large scissors and jumped behind Ryuko grabbing the handles of the blade.
Ryuko: T-Tatsumi? Senketsu?!
Tatsumi: What are you doing? I know you have more than that!
Ryuko looks forward and grips the ends of her blades even harder. Her motivation growing as she felt Tatsumi's warmth behind her...

Ryuko's hair started to grow as she felt Senketsu on her once more.
