Incursio grabbed Tatsumi lifted him up and threw him out into space so that he wouldn't dissolve with him. Tatsumi reached out to Incursio one last time before he was out of Ragyo's Kamui.
Tatsumi: INCURSIO!!!
Incursio started to crumble with the rest of Ragyo's Kamui as Tatsumi was pushed out and outside in space.
Incursio: I wonder if he'll survive the reentry, ah he'll be fine.
Incursio sits down as parts of his body start to crumble into nothing.
Incursio: There is so much you have yet to learn about the world and you haven't even scratched the surface of it all yet...
The beast closed his eyes as he slowly crumbled into nothing under the pressure of the Kamui.
Incursio: So long... Brother.

Ryuko shakes away any other thoughts and begins to absorb the Kamui.

Ryuko used everything she had left to completely absorb the Life Fibers, grabbed the transmitter, and sent out the command to all of them.

Ryuko: All you Life Fibers listen up! Clothing is clothing and people are people! So, turn all humans back to being human!
And just like that, the fight was over and Ragyo was been defeated and the world was going back to how it originally was.
Ragyo: Impossible. Everything is turning to nothing.
Ryuko: This realm will never be a Cocoon Sphere now. Please, come peacefully back to the Earth.
Ragyo just stares at her before sticking her hand into her chest and ripping her own heart out.
Ragyo: I will at least be able to decide how I die!
Ryuko: No!
Ragyo: Ryuko, this is not even close to the end. There will come threats to this realm the likes of which you've never seen before. As well as the Life Fibers all around the cosmos. One day, all of this will come crashing down on humans.
Ryuko: Well, when that happens, humans, we'll deal with it, just like we dealt with you.
Ragyo gives one last defiant smirk before crushing her heart and dispersing herself into Life Fibers, now completely dead.
