After the revolutionary war, Tatsumi was able to survive the fight with the emperor. No longer willing to stay in the Empire after seeing so much death, so he leaves in search for a new start in his life, and this journey starts with a girl named Ry...
She uses her Kamui to try and cut Ryuko to ribbons, but this time Tatsumi was there with Neuntote and cut them all down.
Tatsumi: You're gonna have to try a lot harder than that to stop us!
Ryuko tries to land a sneak attack from behind, but she gets spotted by Ragyo who impales her with the Life Fibers. Ryuko, still not backing down, pushes through and manages to land a strike with her blade.
Ragyo: How many times must I tell you that your scissor blade won't work?
Ryuko: Maybe not, but it's a good distraction.
Ragyo turns, waiting for Tatsumi to punch her again but finds no one and she turns around to Ryuko punching her in the face.
Ryuko: Or maybe not.
Ragyo: You brat!
Tatsumi comes down with an ax kick to the head.
Tatsumi: Has anyone ever told you that you're easily tricked?
Ragyo: ENOUGH! I will not tolerate such insults, you die now!
They continue you brawl through space, Ryuko and Tatsumi give Ragyo all they have but it's not looking like it's enough. Tatsumi was quick to throw a strike at her, but she was able to dodge and counter with a punch of her own that sent Tatsumi back towards the Earth.
Ryuko: Oh, hell no!
Ryuko makes her scissor grow to a flat surface and Tatsumi manages to flip and land on it.
Tatsumi: Ready?
Ryuko: Don't even have to ask!
Ryuko launches Tatsumi back at Ragyo as they continue fighting. Ragyo Kamui glows red as she starts launching attacks at the duo, all of which were dodged or parried. Ryuko then transforms.
Ryuko: Senketsu Kisaragi: TATSU!
Ryuko grows claws, talons, and wings longer than before as she continues the fight.

While Ryuko was transforming, Tatsumi was starting to get pushed back by Ragyo, taking a few hits along the way.
Senketsu: Anytime we waste, is time that Tatsumi is by himself.
Ryuko: No way in hell will I let that happen!
