Nui appears in front of Mako a murderous look in her eyes.

Nui: I've had enough of you!

She turns her hand into a sharp sword and uses it to try and impale Mako, but Gamagoori steps in at the last moment to take the hit.

Gamagoori: Honnouji Academy Disciplinary Committee Chair Ira Gamagoori! I protect Lady Satsuki AND all students of Honnouji Academy!

He flips Nui over his head and falls down, not having any more strength left to stand. Nui tries to use her blades to kill Gamagoori, but Ryuko, no longer wearing Senketsu, steps in and blocks it.

Ryuko: I may not be able to fight with Senketsu, but I'm still more than capable of fighting on my own. Thanks to these Life Fibers inside my body, I'm neither human nor am I clothing. I'm something in between! Right now, I'm pretty damn grateful that my body is the way that it is! Because now Tatsumi's not the only one not affected by the Absolute Submission!

Ryuko starts to fight Nui in her underwear, while Mako was currently grieving over Gamagoori.

Gamagoori: Are you safe Mako... If so, then it was worth it.

Gamagoori closes his eyes and lays his head down as Mako cries over him.

Tatsumi: Gamagoori! Dammit!

Incursio: Don't worry, I don't think he would die from something like that. Right now, we have to worry about the treat ahead of us.

Tatsumi: Right!

Tyrant tries to hit Tatsumi again, but it gets evade by Tatsumi going headfirst into the wall behind him.

Tatsumi: For a beast that's lived for so long, he really isn't smart.

Incursio: I wouldn't say that. Especially considering the debris falling towards you.

Tatsumi looks up to see a large number of huge debris falling at him. He was able to dodge a few but eventually, it was too much, and he started getting hit and eventually goes back to his original form falling towards the sea. Just before he could fall in though, Tyrant grabs him by the leg and lefts him back up as he dangled.

Ragyo laughs as she points to her chest where Rei Hououmari was stored.

Ragyo: The Absolute Submission field is being powered by Hououmari as she sleeps in here. But even with that information, you won't be able to do anything.

Ryuko attempts to attack Ragyo but only ends up getting pushed back again and again. Despite Senketsu's protests, she keeps going.

Nui: Ragyo. It's ready.

Ragyo: Yes, I suppose it's time for humanity to end.

The original Life Fiber finally connects itself to Honnouji and starts grabbing people and taking them inside of itself. Ryuko tries to do something but gets grabbed by Ragyo and held up in the air.

Ragyo: First I will begin with your friends, then I'll end Tatsumi's life right in front of you, and then finally everyone will become part of the Uniform cloth that will cover this Realm and eventually the others will be next.

Tatsumi was held up in front of everyone so he could witness firsthand just how bad things have gotten.

Ragyo: Look Tatsumi! Look at the wonderous Life Fibers taking back what is truly theirs is it not glorious.

Tatsumi says nothing in return. He was drenched in blood and his body was limp. No matter how hard he tried to move, he just couldn't.

Ragyo: It seems like he's already kicked the bucket.
