One by one, the champions return until it is clear that Billitix Dingus of Hogwarts, and Lærke Nikolaj Clausen of the Durmstrang Institute, have in fact fallen at this first hurdle.
With only the first task down, ten students left. The beauxbatons crowd celebrate obnoxiously with the comfortable fact that half of the remaining champions are from their school. Not a single one of them has faltered to defeat - unlike in the years before.
As the Hogwarts and Durmstrang students retreat back to their quarters, their heads can't help but hang a little in defeat.
"It's not over yet..." Professor Lordly smirks with a dark tone. Aaliyah, Headmistress of Durmstrang, turns to her french rival and imitates Barnaby's grin. Adrien sighs and can't help but look a little nervous... because he knows exactly what is to come, and he wonders if his students will strive to meet such a challenge.
