"Yes, I'd love to Remus" you said grinning maniacly.
"Oh thank Godric" breathed Remus. You giggled.
"Don't laugh, it's not funny" said Remus
"It is funny, you could barely form words" you argued
"I was nervous, you're my best friend, I didn't want to ruin everything..." Remus rambled
"Remus" you tried
"And what if" he continued
"Remus" you said a little louder
"And what about" he ignored
"Remus, shut up" you ordered
"But-" you cut him off by kissing his cheek.
"You have no idea how long I've wanted to do that for" you whispered. Then you got up to sit by the river. As you walked away you noticed Remus bring his hand up to his cheek and a wide goofy grin spread across his face.
"Remus, come here you dag" you called.
He obeyed.
"We better head back, the others'll be worried" said Remus
"Ok, let's go then" you said, grabbing Remus' hand.
"This's nice" you announced
"Yeah, but this'd be better" said Remus picking you up and sitting you on his shoulders.
"Charge my faithful steed" you yelled
"Why do I like you, you're ridiculous" said Remus grinning.
"So are you, let's be ridiculous together" you said.
