Welp.
A couple days before Fall Break I left 8 slits on my right arm and I prayed that my parents wouldn't notice.
But of course,
The day my dad comes back from his trip he looks at my arm and goes "WHAT THE HELL?!"
So yeah.
We had a very long talk about my mental health and they say I'm being way too hard on myself which I probably am 😕
Oh and I guess I'm going to therapy now.
