He appears in front of Satsuki who tries to use Senketsu Senjin to defend herself, but Tatsumi breaks through with one hand and uses the other to grab her by the face before slamming her into the ship over and over again.
Incursio: Come on. Come on! I thought you were supposed to be leading a rebellion here. Where's all that pride, the bravado. Don't tell me that you're fading on me!
Elite four: Lady Satsuki!

While Incursio was having his fun Ryuko snuck behind him and decked him in the face.

She continues punching him in the face almost sending him off the ship as she continues her assault.
