I came here today not for an update but to take your time a little bit.

📌 A gentle reminder to always take good care of your mental health.


I've been gone for a year and clearly I had been experiencing drastic changes.

I have Chronic Stress. Which means my stress levels are at level 3 to the point my body would often break out and have these things called "Anxiety Rashes (similar to hives but known as stress hives) and cold sores" in my mouth.

Stress and Mental instability will not only affect you on your mental aspect but also your physical being too

Stress and Mental instability will not only affect you on your mental aspect but also your physical being too. As you guys can see, I'm horribly suffering from it. Even if most of the time I don't show it or remain stoic to everything around me, it will eventually show up on my body.

So please, always, ALWAYS take good care of your mental health.
