you heard your ringtone and it woke you up, what a pity
you looked over and saw that it was a call from childe, you quickly responded " dont come to school today y/n, its for your own good " " uh?... childe what do y- " you could not even finish before he hang up , " bruh im not skipping school only because he said so "

you got up from your bed and whent to change, after you had some breakfast and started goin to school, while walking your ringtone could be heard

" mh? Oh its from anja "

Anja: guys , did yall hear from childe today?

you put your phone in your back pocket and continued walking, you could start seeing the school

you walked in and whent to the lockers, you saw anja,nell, and theyr 'special ones' " hey guys, whats up? " you said while opening your locker " nothing really, so what happened w childe today? " anja leaned on her locker " he called me and said not to come to school... i he sounded very serious, no idea why i should of not have come tought " " i see... " " anja, dont stress about it too much okay? " diao said while leaning against her " bro yall make me fell single " they all chuckled and you closed your locker

" well, me and nell are gonna head to class, you should go find zhongli y/n and tell him about childe, he may know something " " alright, see ya guys " you started heading off to the library were you would find zhongli modt of the time , and he was there indeed

" hey zhongli! I have a question about childe " you sitted besides him and awaited for a response " oh hello y/n, what may the question be? " " he said not to come to school this morning.. do u have any ideas why? "  he closed is book and whent into a thinking pose

" i do not have a answer, but it is infact not like him to do this... " he turned around to you, he seemed reslly worried " okay, i will get goin to clas then, bye zhongli " you got up and started walking away " goodbye.. "

" aghh i hate math " " bro can u stop wining for a sec " you just finished science, and you had math next " bro no why would i- " a drill started playng on the school speakers ' CODE RED, ACTIVE SHOOTER ON CAMPUS, THIS IS NOT A DRILL ' " uh? What ha- " " y/n, nell we gotta go " you could not say anithing before kequin grabbed you both and runned up to a classroom, there was anja and xiao in it " guys, theres a active shooter, lock the door, turn of the lights and go in a corner " as the school council president, kequin needed to make sure everyone whent to safety druing all codes , xiao quickly grabbed anja and put her in a corner before , him and other started barricating the door , the problem is the classroom had another door " quickly, close that one to- " " oh my god " " zhongli?! " you quickly whent to him and locked the door " we have to get in a corner now " you dragged him " no y/n , i saw the shooter " he shrugged your arm off his wrist " uh?! What did he look like? " zhongli became silent, everyone was in concern has they could began hearing gun shoots " theres more than one and... one was childe. " you immediately whent into shock " y/n?! Are you there? Please respond! " anja quickly began to shake you violently "... is that why he told me not to come?.... I cant believe it.. " anja took her hands off your shoulders and began sobbing, xiao quickly hugged her " im sorry guys " " what do you mean y/n?- " you got the keys and run up to the door, you unlocked it and whent out " Y/N WHAT ARE YOU DOING? " you could not understand who screamed, all you knew was to find childe , you dropped the keys and warned the students you saw in the way

you heard the gun shoots get closer , you saw the teachers room and decide to go in and whait there , luckily there was no one in , you sat in the corner and whaited, you had to see him whit your own eyes ...

you heard the door open, " y/n here you are ! What wer eyou thinking running off while theres a shooter?! " zhongli entered crealy mad and worried " im sorry... i just had to see him whit my own eyes... " you heard footsteps coming from outside " well we should get back now " you saw someone else enter " i dont think you will get far " in not even a second zhongli had a gun pointed to his head, you could not see who was on the other side but you could guess it was a shooter

" now, i require you to trun around slowly, and dont make any wrong moves " zhongli turned around " what a shame you came to school today " " look, you dont have to do t- " *bang* you were shocked, you just saw zhongli falling to the floor, you could see the shooter face now..... it was childe.

" C-childe?.... " childe pointed the gun down and turned " oh no y/n why are you here? I did tell youto stay home didnt i? " he started walking towards you , you started walking backwards " d-dont come near... " childe looked at you confusely " what do you mean love? Let me come hug you " you were backing up against the wall at this point " no! Stay away please... " you were now fully against the wall, childe a mere meter from you " i always loved your jokes! " he set down the gun and hugged you " b-but why?... " you started sobbing " honey, you dont have to worry about that, now we can finally have the happy life we whanted ! Are you not happy! " he started rubbing circles on your back " but why did you kill zhongli...... he was our friend! "

you pushed him away and for a moment he looked dead serious " he was just getting in the way love, now why dont you come whit me? " you were a sobbing mess by now, you could not even look straight in the eyes at him " oh cmon you know you should not cry love " he got hold of your face and swiped the tears off, he grabbed your hand and started bringing you out of the classroom, you even passed the class your friends were in , and you saw them, at least they were safe " love, my eyes are here, not there, is there perpaphs someone in there? " you auickly turned your head to childe " n-no! "

you tigned your hands in his " i promise! " you started to sob again " oh dont worry love, i believe you, now lets go shall we? " you saw someone else coming " childe, where were you? " a short male whit purple hair started talking " since this beauty decided to still come to school, i had to go search for her! but now shes here, isnt she pretty? " you seemed like a defenseless child whit his dad " eh... the police is coming, we gotta fet out of here so hurry up and get your things " the guys started walking away " love, do you whant to get ur locker things? " he looked at you " okay.. " he brought you to your locker, he got a phone call " love, whait for me here okay? And you better not move ~ " he started walking off , you managed to send a text to you friends
