How dramatic. In a book where the story is badly written and plot is bad, it is expected that everything unnecessary would be exaggerated. In the real world, would anyone even care about whatever daughter having problems to this crazy extent? The situation would blow over within a few hours time.

But this was a story after all, the progress of the world is limited to the ability of the creator. With a small cast, the fall of this pot naturally fell onto his sister. That's right, Shen Yi could understand instantly why there will be a sudden explosive amount of black materials on the net about his sister soon. It is because the blame of this current incident will be placed on top of Lan Xing.

Wen Lianhua will be under the impression that Lan Xing is unable to cope with the break up and found someone to dump black material on her. "Shiba," Shen Yi called out, turning off the computer once more after doing everything he needed to do. The hamster was instantly alert. He laid down on the bed and closed his eyes, "I'm going to sleep, stop moving around too much."

Shiba deflated. Why was his host constantly sleeping? He jumped closer to his host and scanned the body, really sleeping! What the hell...

Shen Yi, very unfortunately, didn't sleep for more than an hour before he was rudely woken up by the accidental large crash made by his sister. His eyes snapped opened and stared at the scene which welcomed him, his sister sprawled on the ground with an awkward deer in headlights look along with a thermos rolling innocently by her side.

She looked up and met his eyes before cringing slightly. "Sorry, I woke you up right? They just cleaned the floor, I didn't realise it was so slippery so I fell."

"It's fine," Shen Yi replied, his voice slightly hoarse due to him waking up. Seeing that he was still lying down, Lan Xing was quick to stand up. She picked up the thermos and set it aside, hurrying over to roll the bed up so that Shen Yi could be in a sitting position.

Lan Xing reached out to rub his arms as if to transfer some of her heat over, "Your temperature is slightly low, drink some soup. Ginger soup, made by Auntie YY. Do you still remember her?"

In the memories of Lan Ming, there exists a person referred to as Auntie YY. A motherly figure to both him and his sister, her name was Ying Ying but she preferred to be called YY. After the death of their parents, Auntie YY who was a young single mother took them in and cared for them. The two of them and her son grew up together due to the similar age they had. But after three years, she had to move away due to her work and they eventually fell out of contact.

However, this was several years ago. Neither Lan Xing nor Lan Ming were young children who needed to be taken care of anymore (Lan Ming's bedridden self aside). Was her coming back at this time truly a coincidence or was there a deeper meaning behind it? Shen Yi toss the thoughts to the back of his head and decided to focus more on his sister who was beginning to look at his daze form with concern.

"She came back?" Shen Yi asked, tone dull.

"Her son works nearby now, she lives off him I think," Lan Xing shrugged. "I doubt you'd remember him."
