Chapter 7 (EPISODE 2-PART 1)

Start from the beginning

"Okay, guys! For today's PE class, we'll be playing dodgeball", Matsuzaki informed them.

Many groaned at the idea. Moving and sweating too much was a big ass NO for them.

There were also others who cheered at the prospect of having to play sports. I mean, who wouldn't??

"Dodgeball? In high school?"

"Aw man... There's gotta be something else we can do"

"Hey! Don't complain!", Hairo said as he scolds them.

"Sorry! We won't do it again!"

"I doubt they'll keep that promise..."

"I agree"

"Hey! Don't complain!", Hairo scolds them.

Many were amused as screen-Hairo said the exact same words as their Hairo. But some were distracted about something.

"Why dodgeball?"

"Do you have anything against it?"

"No...but, seriously, why?"

"...I don't know..."

"Let's give it all we've got! Who cares if it seems childish! Let's relive our youthful days! Let's all play 'til we're dripping in sweat! Agreed?", Hairo passionately says. He even shined while he was saying those things. Unbelievable.

Amazingly enough, Hairo managed to convince the majority of the students but some were bothered by how much he shined. Unbelievable. They were even forced to squint just so they can see the screen.

'Why do you guys have to shine too much that it literally hurts our eyes?', Saiki snarkily asks himself in his mind. 'Good grief. What a pain'.

"Well, if Hairo really wants to..."

"Guess we've gotta get serious"

"Yeah!", everyone agreed.

Almost everyone were now getting pumped up. They felt jittery in their seats as they watch the scene.

'That's Kineshi Hairo. Our class rep'.

"Ah, yes! Hairo is now getting introduced by Saiki! How exciting!"

'What? How the hell, me introducing Hairo is exciting?', Saiki asked himself in disbelief.

'People are so weird'.

'He's stiflingly overzealous. That's how I think of him, but...'

"That's gonna hurt...", someone mumbled.

"Saiki...to be honest, no one has ever said that to me and I am so touched! Your honesty has given me a new motivation in improving myself! I am so glad to be your friend, thank you!", Hairo said in utmost seriousness.

'Huh?', Saiki wondered as he blankly stared at Hairo.

Everything that happened just now, didn't make any sense. Where the hell did Hairo get those motivational stuff in his somewhat offensive remark? Unbelievable.

Saiki just gave up thinking any reasonable explanation for the nonsense he is currently suffering. For the sake of his nonexistent sanity. Especially when it involved some certain people. For example, his friends.

'It seems the rest of the class has a lot of respect for him'.

Hairo then blushed at Saiki's statement as he sheepishly rubbed the back of his head.
