Tatsumi: Ryuko?
Ryuko only lets out a roar in response.
Satsuki: Dammit, this is what you were after Nui Harime. I'm going down there! Life Fiber Override: Kamui Junketsu!
Ryuko, now in her monstrous form, punches the arena so hard that it destroys it, leaving Tatsumi to fall to the ground, before chasing Nui down. Mako began running towards Ryuko in an attempt to save her from dying.
Mako: Hang on Tatsumi and Ryuko I'm on my way!
Just then Mako's family shows up in her car.
Brazaro: We showed up because we wanted to see Ryuko's fight. What in the blazes happened?
Mako: No time to explain. Right now, we need to get to Ryuko and Tatsumi!
Brazaro: I don't know what's going on, but I'll get there as fast as possible!
Mako: Hang in there you two. You got the daughter of a back-alley doctor on your side so you can't lose!
Tatsumi was currently lying in the pool of his own blood unable to move. He could hear the sounds of Nui's laughter and Ryuko's monstrous grunts and screams.
Tatsumi: 'She's laughing? She kills her dad, waves the murder weapon in her face, and makes fun of my dead comrades and she's laughing! And here I am not being able to do a damn thing about it.
???: Weak... You're still too weak. You need strength... YOU NEED POWER!!!
Tatsumi: 'I can't let it end like this. I don't care what happens to me or my body. I need to do this; I need to evolve again. Nui Harime has to pay!'

Just like that a red cross shined throughout the entire arena catching the attention of everyone, as Tatsumi started to writhe in pain, screaming and yelling until the light faded and Tatsumi got back up stronger, but something was different.
Nui continued dodging Ryuko's attacks until she was stopped by Tsumugu who then distracted Nui by leading her into a room filled to the brim with traps. While this is happening Mikisugi is aiming at Ryuko with a sniper rifle, planning to hit her with a bullet that will stop her transformation but is stopped once he notices Tatsumi running back into the fight. They exchange looks before Tsumugu activates a chain of explosions that causes the six pillars to come crashing down on the girl.
