Tatsumi: I would come along too but it seems like that scooter is pretty full right about now.
Ryuko: You probably know where I'm gonna go already.
Tatsumi: Oh, so you're headed back there huh?
Ryuko nods her head. Tatsumi stretches his arms and legs with a letting out a groan before smiling at Ryuko.
Tatsumi: Alright I'm pretty sure I can just follow you guys there. See ya there!
Tatsumi climbs to the top of the clinic faster than any normal person would be able to.
Mako: Wow, I didn't know Tatsumi was a ninja.
Ryuko: Seriously I knew the guy was agile but that was crazy.
Senketsu: I did.
Ryuko: Really Senketsu? How?
Senketsu: He did the same thing during No Late Day to get me back to you. All while dodging bullets and rockets.
Ryuko: And he still managed to get there before we did? I don't know about you, but I'm startin' to get the impression that he wasn't just some normal guy trying to survive.
Senketsu: Maybe, maybe not, who knows? For now, we should focus on getting to your destination. Tatsumi is waiting.
Ryuko: Alright let's get moving.
She drives her scooter to her destination with Tatsumi jumping from building to building behind them.
Tatsumi: Hey Mako, are you gonna join the fight too?
Mako: No, I'm a no-star now, so there's really no point, but I and the fam will definitely be cheering you two on, so you better kick some butts.
Ryuko: Roger that! Yo Tatsumi I'm gonna start speedin' up. So, get ready.
Tatsumi gives her a thumbs-up as she speeds up her scooter to head to her old burnt-down mansion.
Mako: where are we?
Ryuko: This is my dad's place.
Mako: Oh, wow this dump. That means you were poor just like me.
Tatsumi: Well, damn, a dump?
Ryuko: I didn't exactly live here, and it used to be a nice mansion before it burned down.
Mako: Oh... Wait, so does that mean you're rich?
Tatsumi: Ah, the rebellious teenager moving away from royalty to carve a future for herself, a tale as old as time.
Ryuko let out a short chuckle at that.
Ryuko: That's actually pretty close. My mom died when I was young, and my dad was a scientist who spent most of his time in his lab. He and I didn't get along well so he sent me off to a boarding school. I was always getting into fights and by high school, I was a straight-up punk. That was until six months ago, when I got a note from him telling me to come home, and when I did, I saw that the house was burned down, and he had a scissor blade through his chest. He told me that if I wanted a peaceful life then I should've left right then and there, but if I wanted to continue his fight then I had to find the other half of this scissor blade, if I do, I'll find the person that killed him, but a terrible fate would come with it. I saw the damn person who did it too, but I didn't get a good look at her face. By the time I tried to go back in the house it had already been blown up and my dad along with it.
