POV Dalton:
It wasn't until I realized I had zoned out again, the defining bell rang in each of our ears as the class rushed into the cafeteria, I speed walked towards the outside of the bathrooms and waited.
A slightly glistening blue eye met my vision, I held my hand out as a small weight was gently placed on my soft skin, I was quick to close my hand as I rushed towards the cafeteria not bothering to look back.
POV: Ash:
Once the disturbing looking hand was offered in front of me, I quickly placed the godly money gently on the hand, it was only 7 bucks yet it was enough that was supposed to fill me throughout the day. I use my savings for food at school, as I was sick of being judged by the sick people who I was supposed to call my family. I nearly gagged at the thought, although the number 1 rule in the house was to eat at the dining table. My fucking god, this wouldn't even be happening if it weren't for them! Now, I've practically haven't eaten for 3 days! Not even my fault! That red head with the ginger curls and slightly longer hair was really getting on my fucking nerves, oh well, I sighed, the bell that thankfully saves me from my thoughts, had done it again.
Dalton POV:
As I roughly sat down I couldn't keep my mind off her, she had brown neck length hair that had beautifully bleached strands towards the bottom, although I knew my boat had drifted to far to be reached with a rope so I accepted my feelings and at any chance given I would look at her wantedly, greedily in a way, it was weird for me, not once have I come across a girl nor non binary nor boy, this girl was different, she made my heart pound whenever I was near her, and be flustered at the tiniest words that came out her mouth, yet I did something that I most horribly regret now, I basically force her into giving me her money, I push and shove, yet I continue for the sake of my sanity.
Ash POV:
I rushed towards my class with a stomach aching in hunger, my beloved friend Jessie could be seen nervously tapping her nails across the desk, I sprinted towards the empty seat beside my best friend, she soon noticed my presence and passed a small chocolate with a note attached "you didn't come to the cafeteria and I was worried, have some chocolate, I know mars is your favorite! :D" I gently offered a smile towards her and a genuine thank you, after that we somehow managed to pay attention and both get a B on each of our daily quiz. "POGGERS" Jessie whisper yelled, I gently nudge her shoulder in a jokingly way, we quickly laughed before the bell rang. Although she swore she saw the dreaded red head flinch at the sudden noise, why do I care so much anyway? She simply ignored her question and bolted towards her friend who demanded a race.
Dolton POV:
he hated going home, yet he still opened the door to reveal a passed out drunken man on the couch, the T.V blared noise into his ears, he left towards his room with a heavy sigh
He quickly took a shower and got dressed into a red sweater joined with black ripped jeans, he was about to walk through the door but forgot his deodorant, the achohol scent would 100% make his friends more suspicious of him, in a good way of coarse, yet Dolton didn't think of it that way, he always thought he would be a burden and be left all alone to be pushed around and be kicked by his own old man, although he pushed his thoughts aside and left outside planing to head to the school so the teachers could choose their roomies, dolton laughed at the word "roomies" and headed off towards the school.
