Tatsumi looked at Ryuko who was clearly embarrassed, having to swallow her pride so quickly. Tatsumi only let out a chuckle in response.

Tatsumi: Did you seriously have to bow?

Ryuko: I wanted to seem more serious about it. And it's gonna be you spending your time on me...

Tatsumi: Ryuko, we're friends now remember, no need for the formalities, it ain't like you. And of course I'll train you, I've needed a sparing partner for a while now anyway.

Ryuko: Thanks Tatsumi. Seriously, I don't think you know how much your doing for me right now.

Tatsumi: Right back at you. 

Ryuko lets out a soft hum before jumping back up.

Ryuko: So, when are we going to begin?

Tatsumi: Tomorrow morning. Early morning, so make sure to get some sleep.

Ryuko: Tomorrow? But we got plenty of time left it's only like seven o'clock.

Tatsumi: Yeah but you see, my doctor said that I needed to get some rest and I don't want to disappoint. Plus the stars are out tonight and I can't miss the opportunity to watch 'em.

Ryuko looks down at the young man who had just laid down with his arms behind his head. He looked so peaceful that she joined him.

Ryuko: Y'know, I never really saw the point in stargazing but now, I'm starting to get it... Tatsumi?

She turned around to see that Tatsumi was already asleep. 

Ryuko: You know it's rude to leave a girl hanging like that.

She laid down beside him.

Ryuko: Who cares, you'll be back tomorrow anyway.

She let out a yawn as the soft winds lulled her into slumber.

-EARLY NEXT MORNING-

Tatsumi and Ryuko were standing in front of the clinic.

Ryuko: Alright Tatsumi, I'm ready let's go!  

Tatsumi: Alright then let's start right now. Your first task is to, run around the slums until you find where we'd train combat at. You've got thirty minutes to do it and I'll tell you where to go from there after you're done.

Ryuko: Sounds like a plan. You heard him Senketsu?

She reaches for the pin to activate her Kamui but Tatsumi stops her.

Tatsumi: Oh and no transforming either.

Ryuko: What why?

Tatsumi: You said that you wanted to train in case of an ambush, kinda defeats the point to use Senketsu here.

Ryuko: *Sighs* You got a point there. *She turns around and starts stretching* But where are you going to go?

Tatsumi: To the meet up spot. Your job is to be able to think quick, and find me in a short amount of time.

Ryuko: You're not going to give me hints or anything?

Tatsumi: Think of a place where I'd take you to do combat training. You look like you know me well enough to know that. Now c'mon, chop, chop, school starts in three hours and someone needs to walk Mako there.

Ryuko: Y-You mean the training is going to be two in a half-

She turns around only to see that Tatsumi was gone.

Ryuko: I swear he has to be some kind of ninja.

Senketsu: You heard what he said though, your timer has started.
