you are my sunshine

It was a normal day for susan she was in the castle in gleid cooking for her son and daughter while their father was away only susan would find her husband to be home that day

susan sung a song as she was peeling potatoes and cooking dinner as she sung the lalluby for her childeren

" you are my sunshine my only sunshine you make me happy when skys are grey "

A little 5 year old girl with beautiful brown hair like her fathers and crystal gleaming eyes who was the spitting image of susan .the little girl giggled as she skipped over to her mother  with a huge smile on her face as she sat on the floor beside her mother and listen to her voice 

" you never  now dear how much I love you "

A little boy looking to be around 7 with gold blond hair and diamond blue eyes a beautiful  image  of his father walked into the room shy come and sat by his sister as he gave a shy smile to his mom

" please dont take my sunshine away "

Susan peeled the last potato and rinsed them off she then clean her hands and sat back down now only to sing to her children who stared at her their eyes almost looking as if they could twinkle like a start in the sky

" The other night dear when  I lay sleeping  I dreamt I held you in my arms  when I awoke dear i was mistaken "

Susan opened her arms for her childeren as they gladly claimed into her lap susan leaned back a bit and layed  their heads on her shoulders

" so I hung my head and cried  you are my sun shine my only sunshine"

"you make me happy when skys are grey you'll never know dear how much I love you "

"Please don't  take my sunshine away "

Susan started humming the melody  her daughter joining in on the humming  they hear the booming voice of the children's father  announcing his presence  his own father welcoming him back home along with his friends but in the kitchen the two little children  payed no mind humming the lullaby their mother was singing as she rain their fingers  threw their hair

This brought much joy and peace of mind to aiden the 7 year old boy as he clung to his mother like she were to dissapear

Amber the cute doll like 5 year old smiled enjoying hearing her mother's voice as she hummed along with her giggling as her mother kissed her nose so much love and emotion  in one kiss but it showed how much amber and aiden matter to susan as they both were the light in the darkness  bring happiness joy and peace to her heart

Susan held them tighter not noticing the presences of her dear husband it may have been cruel to notice but in that moment Susan was at peace the world around her had dissapeared as it was just her and her babies

"You are my sunshine my only sun shine "

Both aiden and amber looked at each other and smiled and held hands as they closed their eyes and started to sing along with their mother

"You make me happy when skys are grey you'll never know dear how much I love you "

" please don't  take my sunshine away "

Roland father of the two and husband  of the beautiful women he gazed upon smiled walked over to them

At this point both Aiden and amber her fast asleep in their mother's arms their body's relaxed against her as she held them

"Please dont take my sunshine away "

Susan's voice had much  become softer when she finished the song and gently kissed the top of their heads opening her eyes she smiled seeing her husband crouched in front of them " welcome home my love "she mumbled letting out a soft giggle as roland took her hand and softly kissed it

" good to be home " and with that he stood and leaned down and gently but passionately kissed Susan his hand caressing her cheek susan had gladly kissed back smiling  roland softly pulled away and rested his head on hers mumbling a simple sentence  to her placing a sweet loving kiss on her forehead

"I love thee  my dearest sunshine"
