Maybe it was the efficiency of you and Koko or maybe it was the need for redemption of yours that the mission went smoother and faster than your boss expected. it took you a day to track the debtor. Now you 3 are in a private room in some chinese restaurant. Food fills the table as you two talk about money

"Mr.K, your desperation for validation from your fake friends and side women does not excuse the fact that you're irresponsible with your finances" You retorted, you head held high. Koko can sense the coldness in the room. women sure are scary when it comes to revenge. It's good on his part tho, he doesn't even have to talk the entire meeting. It seems the debtor is willing to fold from his secretary's words

"B-but 10 million is way to much" the debtor complained "Where am I suppose to get 10 million for you today?"

"From your offshore account" You replied without missing a beat, you re-aligned your chopsticks and pick the peking duck from the plate. "Isn't that the reason why we're all here?" wrapping your duck in thin sheet of dough and assortments you plopped it in your mouth, awaiting his answer. Your boss on the otherhand, is drinking tea, enjoying the heated argument and the Jellyfish salad infront of him. You look sexy when you're serious, more so when it comes to money he thought.

"Just between us" the debtor leaned in to whisper to you "How about I give you 7 million. and we'll leave it at that" he whispered "I'll do some tricks and make sure it'll say I wired 10 million to your boss how does that sound?" After hearing this excuse of a man, your face changed, frowning in disgust. You turn to look at your boss, who's giving you a smiliar expression

'Did this bastard just tried to con his way out of a debt he can't escape from?'

You cleared your throat and said loudly "No sir" sighing in frustration you took a bite of the fried rice. "We got word that you got more than 50million in your offshore account, you've now accumulated 10 million in debt from us alone, and it'll multiply day by day unless you pay up now" you reasoned "I understand you're having doubts, I am more than happy to go over how your original debt-2 million wracked up to 10 once again"

"And what will you do if I don't pay on time? kill me?"

"oh we will" Koko chimed in, you look at his slanted almond eyes then back at the debtor again

The negotiation seems to be going nowhere as the debtor keeps refusing to pay and ended up turning the table and pull out a loaded gun

"WOAH WOAH easy broke boy!" Koko, whose insticts kicks in faster than yours, stood up and pull out his gun the second he see a glint of metal coming out of the debtor's pocket, now the 2 men in the room got a-supposedly loaded gun pointing at eachother "We already got your uncle back in Japan. You're still going to deny paying?"

This guy colluded with his uncle. Unlucky for him, his uncle bailed on him and throw all the shit to the debtor. The Haitani brothers did assaulted him with a baton until he confessed afterall, ofcourse you weren't there when this happened. You were shopping for shoes but it was relayed later on by Ran (refer to the mall incident ch 2!).

In the middle of his screams, cries and curses about how his uncle would never do that and Koko trying to calm him down but will not hesitate to fire whenever he wants-your phone buzzed up. It's a text from Rindou

Rindou Haitani: Here's proof with Kurikawa's uncle's signature. the doc just came through, incase that bastard tried anything funny

With this, you showed the debtor a signed signature and his beat up face attached in the next page along with a stamped thumb print

"You can't deny it now" you sigh as your took out a file with a single paper inside, placing a fountain pen next to it, you spun the now placed back chinese table so the paper and pen reached him "Sign up Mr.K"
