Ryuko: You waited until NOW to say that. *She looks up at Satsuki* We'll pick this up later, Satsuki Kiryuin, count on it!

Tatsumi: Guess that's my cue to leave.

Tatsumi starts running with Ryuko when green hair sends a bunch of students to chase the duo before getting stopped by Satsuki.

Satsuki: Don't bother Sanageyama. They'll be back eventually, leave them be until then.

She retreats to her headquarters with her butler giving her tea.

Satsuki: So the new girl has a Kamui huh. I still don't know how the boy has gotten strong enough to compete with a Two-star uniform. Interesting. Inumuta!

The blue-haired member of the Elite four appears next to Satsuki

Inumuta: Yes, Lady Satsuki.

Satsuki: Bring up some records of that boy.

Inumuta: Right away, Lady Satsuki.

The tallest of the Elite four: I have never seen his face here. I know for a fact that he doesn't attend this school making him an intruder. Shall I take care of him when he comes back Lady Satsuki?

Satsuki: No Gamagoori. In fact, enroll him as a student in Honnouji. If he wants to challenge my rule over Honnouji he'd most likely need to enroll himself anyway, if not he would find another way.

Gamagoori: Understood, Lady Satsuki.

Inumuta: Hm. Interesting.

Satsuki: Did you find something?

Inumuta: Yes. The boy's name is Tatsumi, there isn't much about him other than the fact that he hails from the Corrupted Empire and that he once participated in a tournament and won with ease.

Pink-haired Elite four member: You mean the one that just got overthrown by the revolutionary army? I've heard some crazy stuff about that place. Apparently, there are a bunch of dangerous beasts and monsters that roam about down there.

Inumuta: Nonon's right about the dangerous creatures that inhabit that country. For him to survive down there, it's probably what made him so strong. Although that cross in his right eye is quite interesting, I'm going back to do more research.

Satsuki: An abnormally strong boy and a girl with a Kamui? Such interesting people.

Tatsumi ran all the way down to the slums. He lost track of Ryuko a while ago and he was now looking for her. He later found her, passed out near the tram still in the skimpy outfit. Noticing that she was getting surrounded by a couple of young boys with pervy looks he quickly stepped in and beat them up.

Tatsumi: Ok now that that's settled. Anyone here know a place that I can take this girl? But you know, minus all the sexual harassment this time. And also where I could get some food...

One of the boys knew of such a place and directed him to a nearby clinic, where he then waited for Ryuko to wake up.

Ryuko slowly regained consciousness only to hear heavy breath, she then opened her eyes to see a grown man hovering above her. She instinctively punched the creepy man square in the face causing him to hit the roof and fall back down

Ryuko: You stinkin' pervert! Do you have any idea who you're messing with?! I'm the Kanto City Drifter, the one with the scissor! *Ryuko looks for her scissors only to find that she doesn't have them* Wait, where is my scissor?!
