So, I am not a professional artist :D When I wanna draw bodies, it's not my specialty bc it's more complex, so I research bases A base is like this:

It's just the body and you can search different poses, if you want more poses you can just google "anime (boy/girl) poses"

It's the same pose, i just took the body so if you still need to adapt into drawing bodies, like me, just look a base that you like and yeah- just try to adapt your style to the base or your version
