Jade Clarisse’s POV:

“No, no, no! I f*cking got nothing! Nothing, nothing, nothing!” Ash said as he banged his head on the table.

“Quit banging your head on the table, stupidhead. Sa ginagawa mo, lalo tayong walang mahahanap na lead.” Christian composedly said.

“Eh sa wala talaga akong makitang kung anong impormasyon na makakapagturo satin kung nasan na ba ang nag-iisang anak ng reyna! Nakakabanas naman kasi eh. Patay na nga hinahanap pa.”

“Shut up, Ash. Pag may nakarinig sayo lalo na ang reyna, bangkay ka na naming matatagpuan. So quit yappin and start searching for more clues.” It was my turn to speak. Naaasar na kasi ako sa kanya. He seems to be losing hope ngayong kasisimula pa lang namin.

“Jc wala talaga. I checked these old files in the file system, I scanned google, ask.com and almost every search engine, I even read lots of books at wala pa rin.” He has a point pero saan pa ba kami makakakuha ng more infos? Kung wala sa files, internet at books, saan?

“I got it!” Pareho kaming napatingin kay Christian.

“Anong alam mo na?”

“Alam ko na kung san tayo pwede pang maghanap. Kung wala sa computers at books, why not try newspapers and articles? I’m sure mayroon dun kahit papano.”

We didn’t waste any time at kinuha namin lahat ng mga dyaryo at kung anu-ano pang babasahin luma man o bago. We scanned and read each and every one of it.

“Found anything?” Christian asked me.

“Negative. Mukhang mailap ang impormasyong hinahanap natin ah.”

“Same here.”

“Uh, guys. I think you need to see these.” Ash was holding some newspapers with different dates. I read one of them.

“Woman found dead near a swamp. Autopsy results showed that the woman had no injuries on her body except for a slit throat and two small holes down her neck. She looked like her blood was totally drained from her body. Apparently, a witness appeared. She reported that she saw a small built on top of the victim. It seems that the victim maybe a child or just a mythical creature.”

I took a look at the picture. Mukha ngang gawa ito ng isang bampira.

“Here’s another one. This one’s dated after what you’ve read.” Christian notified us.

“A child whose been missing for 2 days had been found dead. The reports said that the child also had 2 small holes on his neck just like the first victim.”

Kinumpara namin ang dalawang picture sa mga dyaryo. They’re identical in a sense.

“I’m pretty sure eto na ang hinahanap natin. Look at the year it was written.”

“Nawawala ang anak ng reyna for almost 18 years already.This was dated 5 years after siyang nawala. It means nagsisimula na itong pumatay at the young age of 5 tulad ng sabi sa propesiya.” Christian explained.
