Izumi's POV

I don't know pero since the day he gave me that stupid work.....hindi na ako halos makapagfocus sa ibang bagay like finding updates about Jassy's abduction..

Pati na rin pag tratraining napag iiwanan ko na rin.... That work is really bugging me..

"*sighs*"

"Is there a problem?"

Napalingon ako kay Ichika ng bigla siyang magtanong.

"Oh...... Nothing..... I was just spacing out a bit"

"Is it because of Jassy?"

Yumuko ako ng bahagya bago sumagot.

"Y-yeah..... Well I'm kinda embarrassed how unproductive I am lately..... It's like...... I was forgetting the problems I should've fixed in the short period of time" dismayado kong sambit.

Naramdaman kong lumapit ng upo si Ichika sakin.

"I'm.....useless" dagdag ko.

"No... you're not"

Nanatili akong nakayuko habang nakatitig sa sahig.

"Coz if you are..... We couldn't have passed the rankings" dagdag na saad niya.

"I don't deserve being called the Atama of this family...... I'm weak, unreasonable......useless" malungkot 'kong sambit.

Narinig kong suminghap siya bago nagsalita.

"You know what Izumi...... I remember the very first time I stepped inside of this Academy........ It was really unbelievable..." sambit niya.

Nanatili akong nakayuko at nakatingin sa sahig na parang timang.

"The feeling that I felt was really far from true.....but I'm telling you it's the nearest thing to what's real"

Kahit hindi ako nakatingin sakanya alam 'kong nakangiti siya ngayon.

"And you know what I felt that day?"

Hindi ako sumagot at nanatiling tahimik.

"I felt disgusted"

Tumaas ang kilay ko ng marinig ang sinabi niya.... Iniangat ko ang ulo ko sabay tingin sakanya.

"What?" naka konot noo 'kong tanong.

"*chuckles* I felt disgusted"

Tinignan ko siya sa mata at halatang nagsasabi siya ng totoo....

"Why?" pabalik 'kong tanong.

"Because for the first time in my entire existence.....I finally stepped on the grounds of the very famous backstabbing academy of all Ozia *chuckles*"

Hindi ako makapaniwala sa sinabi ni Ichika sakin.

'Backstabbing?'

Tinitigan ko ng mabuti ang mukha ni Ichika.... Walang bahid ng pagsisinungaling ang mukha niya.... Pero gusto 'kong makasiguro.... Binasa ko ang isip niya.

['*chuckles* Really... Really disgusted *chuckles*']

Suminghap ako bago ulit nagsalita.

"What do you mean by backstabbing?"

Tinignan ko ulit siya pero this time lumingon na din siya sakin.... Parang face to face.

"My sister died in a mission" pagsisimula niya.

"She did everything this stupid academy wanted her to do...... But she made a mistake..... She got caught by those people who supposedly the ones she must've killed"
