Toya was 7 years old, Fuyumi 5 years old, Natsuo 4 years while Shoto one year. Everyone of them has already discovered his quirk except for Shoto.
Toya ------- Blue flames (more powerful than his father Enji/Endeavor)
Fuyumi/Natsuo --------- Ice (like their mother Rei)
No one of the three of them was the kid Endeavor was waiting for, he wanted to have a kid with both quirks: Ice and flame. THE PERFECT QUIRK
While Endeavor was waiting for Shoto's quirk to show up, Rei gave birth to her fifth child, she was a girl They named her Layami Todoroki.
the parents were thinking If Shoto hasn't got the perfect quirk either, they will have to try again with another baby, that's why Rei gave birth to the fifth child in the family before knowing Shoto's quirk, like that they'll have a second chance to achieve their goal Beating All Might.
