I am currently in a situation where I have to be very responsible with my money

I am to cast money/abundance spells to make new money
3. Opportunities (hex)
I will get Opportunities to banish what's holding me back from making money
4. Where will these opportunities lead (Samhain)
By seizing these opportunities I will allow myself to start anew in my money making quest
5. Outcome (Witches Hat)
And as a result of all that I will earn money and know exactly what to do with it
