Chapter 2

Tu Hi To Meri Dost Hai.

As soon as Virat saw Anushka he was shocked because it's too late and he had told her that today they can't meet as party took so long. But Anushka waited for him like 4 hours. He felt special because she giving her best chance to meet her best friend.

Virat immediately ran towards his mother and gave her magical hug.

"I miss you maa" he said.
Anushka felt little emotional by seeing this moment she can clearly see moisture in Virat's eyes.

"I miss you too my son but you know I am proudest mother right now!!!" Virat's mom said with proudly smile.

"my rajama chaval is ready right?" He asked playfully.

"Aane ke sath hi khanna Haan? Thoda ruko sabse milo phir Khane ki baat" Virat's sister in law said and hit his arm playfully.

"Right Bhabhi, He has not say proper Hello to me am I invisible?" Anushka teased him.

"Are....bhabhi I am starving right now please give me some homemade food. I am homesick right now." He said with his cute face.

"Let's go in food is ready for you my son" Virat's mother said.

Everyone entered in the house. Virat struggling with his bags Anushka came near him and said "let me help you" she said with smile.
"You're not invisible Anu.
You're my centre of attraction." He said reply to her question.

"Oh...is it? Didn't it sound cheesy Veer?" She said teasing him.

"Come on Anu yaar don't tease me now yaar. I am very hungry and I am not able to reply you now." Virat said.

"Ohk...give me your bags I will put them in your room and you will go and eat" She said.

"That's why I love my best friend yaar she knows me very well." He said and side hugged her.

"Dramebaaz!!! Go and eat now!!" She said and went to Virat's room.

Virat ate his dinner and his family and Anushka were sitting together and talking about recent win of team India.

"So guys I have to leave. It's already late now." Anushka informed everyone.

"Are you going alone?" Virat asked worried.
"Yes, I don't think I have ghost with me so I have to go alone." Anushka teased him.

"Let me drop you." Virat woke from his sit and took his car's keys.

"Veer you are tired and you need rest my dear friend I can go alone." Anushka assured him.

"No I won't let you go alone. It's dehli and it's nearly 1 at night." He said

"Virat is right beta let him drop you" Virat's mother said.

Anushka can't say no to saroj aunty.

Virat and Anushka sat in the car.
"So how was your interview Anu?" Virat asked her
"You remember? I thought you forget about it." She exclaimed.
She has informed him about her interview when he left for Asia Cup and he still remembered.

"Come on Anu how i can forget that It's most important thing for you right now" He said.

"It was good but they didn't give any response yet" She said with heavy voice.

"Don't worry Anu I know you yaar You will get that job. You have really worked hard for this so you will definitely get this job." He said trying to cheer her up.

"Hope so." Is all she said.

After few minutes of silence Anushka said to Virat.
"Veer you forget something."
