c. Depression?

Tanganyika: Not gonna talk about it..

Zanzibar: We pretty much think the same.

2. What is the character's first memory?

Tanganyika: What? I dont know.
Oh wait. I remember a Msukuma holding me. And I remember her leaving me.

Zanzibar: I remember her too..

3. Has the character ever experienced deja vu? Do you happen to know why?

Tanganyika: 'deja vu' more likely flashbacks.

Zanzibar: Yea. Relating.

4. Sensations are powerful things, and often certain scents, sounds, touches, etc. can invoke memories strongly associated with them. Which have imprinted in your character's mind?

Tanganyika: The smell of dew reminds me of the cities in Europe.
Violet reminds me of beautiful flowers.
Loud sounds usually provoke bad memories. And Clirring does also.

Zanzibar: Tropical smells ans high humidity remind me of Madagascar. When I was over to visit Nivo..

5. How'd they get along with their parents and/or other relatives?

Tanganyika: She threw me away because I'm albino.

Zanzibar: I hate her. How could she throw away Aadila.
...
Of course, it's a belief but..its wrong. Its wrong to kill a baby just because its different.

6. If your character had to choose one friend they've valued over all others, who would it be?

Tanganyika: I like Zawadi. She's cool and borders me!

Zanzibar: You see, we are twins. So we still stand over friends.
And I pick Nivo. She's so oretty and cool and nice and kind.

Zawadi is Kenya.

7. What's the worst injury they've ever gotten?

Tanganyika: *silently lifts up her arm with missing forearm* Heh..

Zanzibar: I got shot through my chest.

8. How many places has this character lived in? What stands out most about those places to them?

Tanganyika: I've lived in Dodoma, London - a surprise for most of you - and Berlin! The latter two were hard experiences but nonetheless nothing would ever top Dodoma. Its our capital!

Zanzibar: I've lived in Lissabon and Dodoma and London.
Damn British spoiled tea.

9. If the character could erase one memory from their mind, what would it be?

Tanganyika: I.. wouldnt. I just wouldnt. The memories help me survive. I dont need them gone.

Zanzibar: Please god, relieve me from remembering Portugal's and England's face! I get sick remembering!

Tanganyika: *chuckles* you're overreacting.

10. What was the character's economic situation?

Tanganyika: I barely get a nice salary.. But its fine. Zanzibar earns enough.

Zanzibar: and if one of you dares saying that Aadila could just do another job as a streetworker or some kind, I'll damn punch you.

11. What are the character's three clearest memories?

Tanganyika: First meeting with Ludwig and Gilbert.
First meeting with Britain.
And first meeting with the Nyamwezi Tribe.

Zanzibar: First seeing the Europeans coming.
The last night sleeping with my people.. As in, not like you know but..just sleeping along to them. Not with them.

12. If the character could go back and speak to a younger version of themself, what would they say?

Tanganyika: Ludwig isnt so scary.
His brother is like you.
They're forced to harm.
Dont worry. You'll be free again. And Zuwena will always protect you.

Zanzibar: You'll punch that idiot in the face. And you'll get free. You'll have a nice life.

13. If the character could go back and choose their sex at birth, what would they choose?

Tanganyika: ... I'd be a male.. I just.. feel safer.

Zanzibar: Yea...I pick it too.

14. Describe the character's love life throughout the years.

Tanganyika: I've never been truly in love..but I for sure have a thing for Ludwig. He's so amazing!

Zanzibar: Ive loved some men before..and liked a few woman..a lot.. before. But not currently.

Zanzibar is in love with Madagascar and Tanganyika clesrly with Ludwig but she's insecure.

15. How did the family that raised this character influence them?

Tanganyika: I was widely 'raised' by the Germans. It..made me scared. And naive.

Zanzibar: Portugal gave me lifelong hatred.
Okay no, I dont hate them that much. It got better. But still. They seem sketchy.

16. If this character could "unmeet" someone in their life, who would they choose?

Tanganyika: Hm.. I dislike eyebrow man.

Zanzibar: Me too.

17. If the character could choose different parents for themselves, who would they choose and why?

Tanganyika: I'd like to have Gilbert as my parent..because he knows how to take care of my skin. And he'd figure out my hairtype somewhen..

Zanzibar: Uhhhm.. Who would I choose.. Zawadi? She's nice and kind and soft. And she got kinky hair too. Although she keeps it in Dreadlocks. But she originally has kinky hair!

18. Does this character feel guilty about anything in the past?

Tanganyika: I dont think so..

Zanzibar: Punching Portugal. He wasnt that bad. As a person.

19. If the character were asked to associate an adjective with different stages of their life, what would they choose and why?

Tanganyika: Uh.. Probably scared?

Zanzibar: Likely unsafe.

20. If the character could choose to have themselves born at a specific time period, which would they pick and why?

Tanganyika: Now..probably?

Zanzibar: So since we would be invincible anyway, now.

I'll do stuff for Nivo (Madagascar) and Zawadi (Kenya) too. Both are woman.
