"Nene-chan, don't forget to bring your umbrella!" Aoi reminded her
"Don't worry! I'll be back before it starts pouring" Yashiro replied as she got ready to sprint outside the school because she forgot to buy a new set of pen
"Just bring in case-" she was cut off by a goodbye
"Yashiro, listen to Aoi-chan-" Akane was also cut off the same way
She clutched her bag on her side as she ran to the nearest store
"She never listens" Aoi sighed

When Yashiro arrived at the store, the sky began crying. She finished buying it and was about to go back to school when she realized that it started raining
"I'm sure it will stop any time now" she said to herself
She glanced behind her hoping the store sell umbrellas but to her luck they don't
"The rain still hasn't stopped?" Yashiro stood outside and watched as the rain heavily poured down. She hoped her friends will fetch her but she was sure they got something else to do. So, she was stuck outside the store. She didn't want to get wet so she just hoped the rain would stop soon
Then, a tall guy with choppy hair opened his umbrella as he prepared to go to school. She eyed the umbrella, wishing she had listened to her friend. Whilst Nene was so mesmerized by the umbrella, the stranger noticed her
"You didn't bring yours?" The boy asked
"Uh- no" she replied
"Wanna get in?" He asked
"Can I!?" She asked happily
"Yeah and I presume we're going in the same direction since you wear the same uniform as mine"
They began walking silently to their said destination with the daikon wondering if the boy was the same grade as hers
"We're here" the boy announced
"Ah! Thank you so much!" She bowed in gratitude
"No worries" he closed his umbrella and shook off the water
Nene noticed the boy's right shoulder was wet and she realized that the stranger prioritized her over himself. This action made the other blush furiously while her heart thumped loudly
"See ya" the boy walked off
"Yeah! Goodbye!" She bowed and walked in the opposite direction
"Aoi-chan! Akane-san! What are you two doing here?" She asked as she embraced his two close friends
"It was pouring heavily and we were worried since you didn't bring an umbrella so we came to get you" Aoi explained
"I thought you were gonna be soaking wet because of the rain but to my surprise, you're completely dry" Akane rose his eyebrow in confusion
"Ah! That's because-" she couldn't finish her sentence when she recalled what happened earlier. She turned red again and averted her gaze from his friends.
"I have a bad feeling about this" the duo thought
