school dance (marichat)

(Marinette) 

        I walk through the door wearing the chat noir-inspired dress and see everyone staring at me in shock because I'm early and I'm wearing a dress which normally I don't do. I walk up to Alya and ask her " what is everyone staring at?" while looking down at my outfit. Chloe, of course, makes a comment that made me cry " wow Mari-trash stealing to get that dress. we all know you don't have enough money to get that dress so either you stole it or you found it in the trash"

             I look down and start to try to run out of the classroom when a hand reached out and grabbed mine. I look at who grabbed me and it was Nathaniel and he says something that shocked me to my core "I really like you. will you go to the dance with me this Friday?" I pull back in shock not realizing that he feels that way about me. before I could respond there is a knock on the window and when we look it is CHAT NOIR.

           I walk over and open the window and he comes in and hugs me "hey purrincess, how are you" he asks I look away and say " I'm fine thanks kitty" and went and sat back down in my seat. as I was sitting down Chloe does something that crosses the line "eww what is ladybugs sidekick doing here" at that I snap and walk up to her and slap her across the face and say in a harsh voice "he is not a sidekick he has saved your ass on more than one occasions you better be thankful" I growl out and before I can hit her again chat grabs me 

       "she isn't worth it, we don't need to getting expelled for hurting another student." he pulls me away, and then he took me to my seat and sat me down before laying down across my lap and purrs. I push him off me and I tell him "don't you have a job to do. such as protecting Paris"

" yes, but I also wanted to ask you something before I forget. will you go to the dance with me?" the class went quiet as they waited for my answer "yes kitty I will." the class went up in cheers. after that, he left and we got on with class.at lunch, I was surrounded by my classmates asking "why did he ask you are you close with him
