The Cursed One

Chapter 1

"Mom where are we going?..What's going on?" Jasmine asked her mom who seemed not to hear her or perhaps purposely snubbed her.

"Hey sweetie do you want some candy"asked her dad when he saw that his wife had no intention of answering their daughter.

"Yes yes!"the little girl exclaimed excitedly..

Her dad then bought some cotton candies for her and the girl happily collected her sweets.

Peter and Joan have been happily married for several years though Joan seemed not fertile enough to conceive their baby, Peter didn't mind because he loved her and as long as they were happy,it was enough. After 7more years Joan was admitted to be a month pregnant.. everyone was so happy especially the happy couple and then one night she was laboured and conceived a beautiful bouncing baby girl.. Jasmine

Jasmine was very beautiful..she has the strangest eyes one can ever see and a very pale skin. No one knows where she got her looks from cause she totally didn't bear any of her parents' features. She has the softest yet thick long violet hair and the milkiest lips ever. Not only that but the engraved red markings on her forehead which by the way is part of her skin and indicates...
Well..We're coming to that.

Her looks were worth dying complimented with her innocent and pure positive vibe she was emitting. Even though she was only three years old,one would admit that she's exceptionally breathtaking.

Right now her parents have reached their destination and asked her to come down cause they've arrived. Little Jasmin frowned when she noticed they were in a hospital..

"Mom why are we here..I'm not sick"Jasmine said.

Not receiving an answer Jasmine quietly followed her parents while keeping her questions to herself though she found her mother's attitude really strange,she decided not to think about it.

Jasmine's frown got deeper when she saw a lot of syringes,scary electronic gadgets and other stuffs like that. She decided to shrug the feeling off saying they were in a hospital so it's normal if those things are here..

But still,no matter how hard she tried,she couldn't explain it but she was feeling uneasy as if something bad will happen..

"Sit here Jasmine"her dad commanded.

"Dad is something going-" Jasmine was cut short by her mother who by the way talked to her for the first time that day.

"Will you just sit down!" Her mother shouted

Jasmine who was on the bleak of crying forced her tears back inside her eyes and quietly sat down on the examination table her parents showed her.

The doctor who was expressionless the whole time changed abruptly the moment he saw the results..

"So.." the dad said with hopeful eyes.

"Sigh- she is..really a Cursed One" the doctor said,his expression heavy. He looked at the poor girl in a pitiful expression,the girl was too young and naive but now...

"Sighs" the doctor couldn't help but sigh again,this world..

Jasmine noticed that the doctor has stopped examining her so she quickly ran to her parents hoping that they could leave this place since the uneasy in the pit of her stomach refused to go..
