If there is a ✓ next to one of the options, it means yes to that. For example, on mine, there's a ✓ next to 'He' that means I use He/Him pronouns. The number-number section defines what ages said alter varies between. For example, I vary between 12-17, but usually I stay between, 14-16.
To be dormant means to be inactive, if a ✓ is next to that option, it means that alter is inactive.
In our system, when an alter is dormant, they are in the blossom tree.
To explain further, there is a blossom tree in the middle of our inner world, said tree is hollow to allow alters to enter.
When an alter is in here, their name, age, ect appears on a alter log, beside the door.
