Chapter 1

"I'm so sorry Fredric" 15 year old Sally says "B-but this isn't working".
Fredric Chase stays silent, he knew Sally was right but he couldn't help but hate her for it. The silence didn't last long.
"You bitch!" He yells "you're just a slut that doesn't deserve a place in this world!".
Sally tears up. Running back home to her uncle.

Every day Fredric regretted how he talked to her. He had planned on apologising but his ego wouldn't allow it.

But there he was eight years later writing a letter to Sally. Eh well it wasn't actually just your average letter it was more of a 'here take my child I don't want it' letter.

So he scooped Annabeth up in his arms, planting a kiss on her cheek. Then he dropped her on the doorstep of Sally's apartment not knowing he had now doomed her with two demigods in the house.

Sally's POV

I cradled my week old baby in my arms and everything was normal. Percy was being an angel and Poseidon was off ignoring his child. Just an average day-  well that was until I heard a knock on my door.

I opened it but nobody was there, I was about to go when I heard a cry. I looked down at Percy but he was still fast asleep. By now I was getting rather creeped out. Another cry. I looked around. Another cry. I looked down.

A baby? Attached to it was a note.

'Dear Sally,
I know I'm probably the last person you want to hear from and I'm definitely giving a bad impression with a baby being there- but I knew I had to apologise for what I said to you that day.

Every day I remember and regret. You were right and I was wrong. I'd love to tell you this in person but I can't as I'm still the idiot you regret knowing.

I hope you're alright as I'm doing quite well for myself, I got to college and I'm now an American and military history professor at West Point. That's why a baby is here. Her name is Annabeth I had her with a Greek Goddess Lady Athena. Believe me or don't but it's the truth Annabeth was carried from Olympus by the west winds. Ok to the point, I don't really know how to say this but will you adopt her? Please? I really don't have time for her she'll grow up feeling neglected. My details are below.

I couldn't believe Fredric! Dumping a child on me! Of course I'd look after the child not for Fredric but for the child, I'd hate myself if she grew up neglected and I had the choice to stop that. So now I cradled two kids in my arms. Two demigods.
