Ending the discourse over weather does Zhongli go in heat or not.

You were living in Liyue for quite some time now.
Not that you weren't still filled with the desire of travelling across Teyvat, well of course not. You just liked to come back there to settle between your adventures. And Liyue Harbor really came to your liking; the history, the people, and the atmosphere.
And this was one of the days you were actually getting ready to venture out to Mondstadt for a while.

You were currently walking around the shops around Liyue, collecting some things you needed, or at least wanted to get along with you.
Which led you to be sitting under a small shop with street food.
You couldn't go any further without a snack, right?

Now that you had all your things packed, you looked back and noticed that you lack of food, which you quickly supplied. But after all packing the ingridients you found yourself wanting to eat something at the place, as you still could.

So you waited as it slowly got cooked, not really hurrying. You've been to Mondstadt so many times that you knew it won't run away, and you didn't feel the need to be there 'as soon as possible', so you decited to take your time.

It was actually something you learned, yet remembering yourself as a hotheaded person who first time coming to the City of the Wind was so excited that you barely could hold back from rushing your way in. You heard so many rumors, so many stories and local specials. No wonder, now that you think about it. You weren't really patient.
But it's not far away, after all.

You were sitting there in your own head, as your eyes started wondering around the city. Well, until they focused on a familiar siluette you weren't expecting to see there. You saw Zhongli across the street, few shops away from you.

You weren't expecting to see him, especially in the month of March, where anyone barely sees him around the city.

You knew Zhongli for a long time. Long enough to know a lot about him. It was a mutual relatipnship, of course. You two were talking a lot, as both of you enjoyed each other's company. Yet he told you about his past just a few months ago.
Zhongli was an Archon, one of the seven gods taking care of Teyvat and it's cities. A geo archon, to be exact. But it never changed anything about your relationship with him. Honestly, the trust he had in you to tell you about it only made your bond tighten.
You weren't anything closer than company to each other, of course.

And the fact that he appeared in front of you, in this suprising coincidence, made it a really nice suprise for you. Well, especially taking by the fact that Zhongli always left the city for springtime, as he told you he liked to walk around other parts of Liyue and watch the flora bloom after the cold winter times. You couldn't blame him for that. You believed that it was also the time he was mostly talking with his Adepti and such, out in the blooming wild.

You weren't sure though, looking back at it, no one was sure. Zhongli gave away his Gnosis and went to rest from his Archon duty now, so no one knew if he still met up with them or not, but you were always either too busy, or to awkward to ask him. Either way it didn't matter, after all. As long as he would always come back right before summer, sometimes even earlier, and he would always seek you up to greet you and inform you when he arrived home. It was all you could ask for.

Now, after thinking about that, you were confused what was he doing here. But all you saw is that he was done with his shopping, and was slowly walking away. Your heart skipped a beat, as you still wanted to say hello to him and at least invite him for a small talk, yet you didn't know if he was busy or not.

After all you decited to not to lose this opportunity. You stood up.
"Morax." You whispered quietly under you breath, and you saw Zhongli turning his head around from far away as he was to face you. He heard you, he reconized your voice, and even though he was suprised, he smiled to you.
So you, with a little time of hesitation, gestured with your hand for him to come closer.
