One Wrong Doesn't Make It Right

Just the beginning

Finally getting to my office I immediately shut the door and close my blinds. I didn't want to be bothered by anyone today, the rain was definitely making me more moody than I'm suppose to. Sitting in my chair I closed my eyes as I listened to the rain hit the window then my office phone rang scaring me awake.

"This is Lewis speaking." I answered quickly.

"How's that special project I assigned you to do coming along?" My asshole boss asked me.

"It's going good sir I should be finished by tomorrow night."

"Too long I need that done by the end of today. Even if you have to stay past your clock out time I need it done."

"Yes sir oh and have you put any thought into my....." the phone had hung up.

Sighing in irritation I put down the phone and got to work. "10 hours Ayden you got this!" I hope giving myself some encouragement will keep up all today.

After taking my lunch break I texted Raelyn to see how she and Luca were doing, but that was 3 hours ago yet she still hasn't texted me back. I've been staring at our message log ever since I texted her. Sensing my phone was vibrating I looked at the caller ID and it was my brother Gavin.

"Wassup little bro how are you?" I asked him walking my way back to the office.

"Shit nothing just wanted to see if you was free tonight for drinks at the bar."

"I wish man but the boss is piling so much shit on me I barely have time to spend with my family. Maybe another time man."

"Aw Damn man well I'll take a shot for you , but guess what nigga!" He asked hearing the excitement from his voice .

"You got some pussy?" I asked.

"Close but nope I met this girl at my favorite wing place and got her number . We've been talking for 2 months now and I'm really starting to like her man it's crazy."

"You?...liking a female? I thought I'd never see the day congratulations man when am I gonna meet her?"

"Uhh well about that I was gonna introduce her to the family at the Christmas party momma having. Do you think that's too much?"

"Nah but the party is 5 months away so you better prepare yourself because you know how momma is when she found out you got a new female."

"True but I ain't scared of her g let's just hope she don't embarrass me like she did the last girl. I can't have that happen again she stopped fucking with me after mom called her my ex's name."

"Yea that shit was bad I'm surprise how calm she was after she said that."

"She was only calm because I knew she was gonna chew my ass out at home but yea back to the Christmas party it's happening and I'm bringing her
so be ready she's a baddie just like Raelyn mmm."

"Nigga what the fuck you say?!"

"Oh shit gotta go big bro!" He said hanging up quickly just when I was about to treat his buck tooth ass.

I'm glad he found him a female he likes let's just hope he can keep her. He has a tendency to be selfish when it comes to relationships, always complaining about what a women should do for a man yet he brings nothing to the table besides basketball plays.
