Y/n's pov

*the next morning*

I once again woke up to my annoying alarm telling me it was time to get ready for school (🙄 ugh school am I right)

I just stayed in bed watching tik toks again until 6:45

Once it was 6:54 i got up and did my morning routine like usual then walked down stairs and talked to my mum while making myself some cereal

After I was finished eating I looked at the clock and realized that it was 7:50 and that I was gonna to be late if I didnt hurry

I quickly said a 'love you' to my mum while rushing out the front door. As soon as I closed to door I booked it down the street quickly looking both ways as I ran across the road almost got hit but whatever gotta do what you gotta do

I made it to school at 7:57 I speed walked to my locker and dropped off my stuff while also grabbing the stuff I needed for my first class

I had just made it into the class as the bell rang and of course everyone looked at me because I just came running into the class

I gave a quick awkward smile to my teacher and walked to my desk

Ten minutes into class I felt a tap on my shoulder when I turned around I was met with a boys face leaning forward on his desk (the desks are in rows so like he's leaning over his desk basically)

"Can I help you?" I whispered

"Oh uh do you um have a pencil I can borrow" he whispered back

"Oh, yeah give me a sec"

I turned back around and grabbed my pencil case out of my backpack

After I grabbed a pencil I turned back around and gave it to the boy

" here you go" I smiled

"Thanks" he said

"Any time" I replied

As I started to turn around I was stopped by his voice

"My names Louis by the way" he said quickly making eye contact with me

"Its nice to meet you Louis" I smirked as I turned back around

"Aren't you gonna tell me your name" he questioned

"No I don't tell strangers my name" I answered

"But I'm not a stranger we've been in the same class for the whole school year"

I rolled my eyes

"And yet you still dont know my name after a whole school year of being in the same class and sitting behind me" I laughed

"You didn't know my name either" he blurted out

"Hey all I said was 'it's nice to meet you Louis' I never said I didn't already know your name" I smirked

"Oh so you know who I am" he smirked

"Dont get all cocky and yes I know your name because I like to learn the names of my fellow classmates" I said once again rolling my eyes

"Rude anyways I'll just find out your name on my own" he said

"Okay it shouldn't be that hard" I laughed while shaking my head

(Time skip to lunch)

As I was walking into the caf to find Olivia I saw Louis waving at me and trying to get me to sit with him I just smirked and shook my head no and made my way over to Olivia but not after catching him frown and sit back down
