"Ah dear sister, for I have missed thee!" Luna proclaimed as she transformed into her old self. Separated from the old Nightmare Moon that she become for a thousand years on the moon. A hard thing to endure, but it left Princess Celestia the opportunity to gain much-needed acquaintance and closeness with her favorite pupil.
Princess Celestia, the sister to Princess Luna, looked down at the newly returned mare and held back a snarl hidden within her emotions through false tears, "I have missed you too my dear sister." For more theatrical effects, "Will you let me grow a relationship with you again? Be better than it was before?" Celestia almost gagged at the words pouring out of her as she remembered what her sister's evil side had done to her pupil.
The few things Celestia could do, captured in the dream cell her sister had imprisoned her in, was watch the torment and mock of her dear student. The wicked attempts of her sister had done on her weakened student. A close call most other ponies wouldn't catch, but the small seduction in the mock throne room Nightmare Moon displayed for Twilight. A light of anger scorned her veins at the thought of another mare trancing her precious mare. She knew, however, the signs and warnings Twilight had tried giving her before the sun solar festival. How she could have ignored those blaring and obvious signs. Celestia could be angry with herself, which she was, but she will find a way to push it on Luna.
Back to the situation at hand, Celestia wrapped her wings around Luna in an embrace to continue her facade. All the while other small ponies cheered and cried out at the success of Celestia and the downfall of Nightmare Moon. All the ponies had begun to leave and embrace one another, discussing their celebration plans and next adventure with their new friend Twilight Sparkle.
Celestia, taking a deep breath, lowered her head to Luna's ear and whispered sternly, "do not touch me. At the palace meet me in the throne room." She backed away and dusted off her wings, throwing her hair back to glare down at the blue mare. Luna's eyes were wide with fear. She looked Celestia in the eyes, almost pleading for a reason for the harsh order. Celestia responded with a flap of her wings and a whirl of magic; vanished.
Twilight hearing Celestia vanish, looked behind to see her new princess in disbelief and sadness. Twilight was about to question her until she was pulled away by Rainbow Dash and Rarity.

"Sister..." Luna whispered once she entered the throne room. "Doth why has your tone changed?"
Celestia was sitting on her throne, all the candles were dim, the curtains covering the rays of her sun. All of the light glimmered from Celestia's mane, a strong yellow illuminated her features. A darning Celestia spoke, "your return was enough to cause disruption for my little ponies." Luna took a step back and lowered her head. "You have made them run into fear, especially one of my dear students whom might I add you tried to seduce."
Luna looked up quizzically. "Doth tho do ye mean big sister?"
Celestia laughed, "you know that stunt you tried on my pupil." Celestia growled and stood from her seat. "I am relieved you haven't done anything further when my amazing pony had figured the elements of harmony and destroyed your wicked nightmare."
Luna was extremely puzzled and couldn't help but be baffled by the intensity of Celestia's acquisitions. "Dear sister, what do you mean "stunt?" Luna couldn't help but scoff at the idea after being prisoned for a thousand years, her banisher accused her of acting in any stunt. "Was it when I spoke to your student in the empty halls?" She tried to come up with a reason for Celestia's outburst.
"NO!' She bellowed, "your ignorance displeases me as you have whispered delicately in her ears that were to be MY doing." Celestia's eyes widened with anger, her mane glowing brighter than the second.
In astonishment, Luna chuckled, "Art tho ludicrous?" Luna sat on the floor and brought a hoof to her lips, "all over a whisper with the intent of harm? Why dear sister, what has changed since my banishment?"
Celestia composed herself and returned to her seat. "Luna, we shall discuss that instance later. As of the moment, you shall remain in your quarters after I speak with my pupil."
Shocked and angered Luna's nose flared, "tis not fair! Is it not my absence enough for ye?"
Celestia raised her hoof. "Leave."
Taking in the moment of her sister's words. Luna rose up. "So," walking over to the main doors, the guards giving her access, "ye never changed dear sister. Yet ye expect I."
With a loud slam, Celestia was left in the throne room. Contemplating her actions and words. Even though her sister spoke the truth, she didn't allow it to get in the way of her beloved whom she must see very soon.
Quickly calling for a guard, she wrote a letter to Twilight to have her return at once to the palace. In fear of any more alterations and further separation, Twilight must be under heavy surveillance. She will continue her studies closely by her side to avoid any future distractions as the fool Celestia was to allow her dearest student to be in any type of danger.
