~~CHAPTER THREE~~ REVENGE IN NEW YORK

JJ laughed. "20,000 for shit system? You know what we call that in Russia? Scam. You know what we call man who make deal like that?Dead." She took a threatening step forward.

"So, Mr. Dark I am going to ask you one more time, how much?" Her stare hardened and Peter's tough gut mask fell.

"15."

"Tell me Peter how much do you enjoy your head on your shoulders?"

"10, but that's the best I can do. Besides whatever bank your robbing, it's gotta have a ton of money if this is what you need," Lou's head perked up from another table.

"Bank?" She laughed. "We are not amateurs. We are not robbing a bank."

"Then what are you robbing," Peter inquired, curious about his foreign visitors.

"What we will be stealing, is none of your concern." JJ finished counting the bills and handed them to him.

"Oh come on! At least give me something."

"Let's just say city's beloved billionaire won't be our best bud after this." She winked at him and Lou smirked.

There was a low clank near one of the windows and Lou could have swore she saw someone leave.

"So you will be stealing from Stark.? Huh, you know that is an incredibly hard task." Peter took another sip from his glass.

"We know, but we have prepared well enough. We know it all," Bonnie turned to look directly at him. Her coat swayed with her movements and made her look ten times more dramatic.

"We will be back tomorrow to discuss all the details but for now, so long, Mr. Dark," JJ turned on her heels and started to walk away.

"So long crazy Russians hotties," Peter waved after them.

As the pair left the headquarters they were oblivious to the man in the shadows who was filming them get in their car and drive away.

"Sam, buddy, we have a problem," he spoke into the phone. "We have new players in town and they're going after Stark. I'm sending you the video now." The man ended the call and drove away.

The hotel room door opened with heavy chatter between the two most stubborn people in the world. A fiery redhead set a heavy box down with ease while a deep brown haired girl placed chanel bags on the floor.

"All I'm saying is it's best we use him to stay under the radar," JJ took off a heel and threw it at the closet. "No ones gonna think we chose the weak cartel to help us with our business."

"Still I don't think we can trust him." Lou pulled her hair out of its bun and fell back on the opposite bed. "How'd you too make out?"

"Well," Che looked up from her computer. "If Bonnie could concentrate for longer than 30 seconds we'd be a lot farther along."

"It's not my fault I forgot to take my adderall this morning." Bonnie flung herself into a sitting position. "Besides we did make some progress."

"Like what?" JJ took off her heels and sat at the desk.

"Well, we both know getting out of the city will be hard so we mapped out different places to lay low at. Also have a few fail safes that we can use in case of emergency," Che held out different printed photos. Lou walked over and looked at the photos.

"These will work," she concluded after a brief inspection.

"Ugh," JJ stood up and walked over to the bathroom awkwardly. "I can't believe we're doing this the week of my period."

"Ha, couldn't be me." Bonnie and Che high fived over the common trait of no uterus.

"Shut up, some of us actually still have our womanly parts," JJ shouted from inside the bathroom.

"Still, no period is the best part about no uterus," Bonnie leaned her head back and closed her eyes.

"Please at least we get kids," Lou retorted.

"Was that supposed to change my mind?" Che laughed at Lou's defeated expression.

No girl was aware of the vital exchange happening only a few blocks away at the Avengers tower. But where would our story be if these teenage agents knew everything.
