Tyler Locke, Kinsey Locke, Bode & Evelyn Locke
(Evelyn POV) "Hey check it out. We're here." Mommy said grabbing mine and my siblings attention I was very tired but I wasn't going to say anything because mommy, Tyler and Kinsey would just say 'We told you so' and I can't be bothered to listen to them today. I look out the window to the sight before me to see snow just snow, I was exited, I loved when it snowed in Seattle. "Snow!" I yelled unbuckling my seat belt, and climbing over to the door. "Woah,woah, woah, woah Evelyn!" Mommy said "Sit in your car seat, and if you do that again we'll have to change the lock" mommy said sternly. "But I'm bored" I say sitting back in my seat as Kinsey buckles me back in. "Let's stop huh, check out the town?" Mommy says "Finally we can leave this car" I say dramatically as bode laughs at me and Kinsey rolls her eyes, Tyler is being completely oblivious, wearing his headphones, I pick up Kinsey's pencil and flick it at Tyler, he turns round and me and bode say in sync. "Kinsey did it." He just rolls his eyes again and goes back to listening to his awful music. "Hey, who wants ice cream?" Mommy asks "Me!" Bode says "Me too" I say We both have big grins on our faces. We arrive at the ice cream shop Kinsey unbuckles me, bode is already out, I run for the car door jump but as I do two arm are wrapped around my stomach and I look up to see my oldest brothers smirking face. "You ruined my jump" I say with a pouty face "Come on let's go get you some ice cream." Tyler says to me as we enter the shop joining Kinsey, bode and mom. The first thing we heard as we walked in was "We don't need charity" Kinsey says "It's hospitality, welcome to Matheson." The boy says he sounds British. I walk up to Kinsey and pulled on her coat. "Did you get me rocky road?" I say "Yep your favourite" Kinsey said giving me the ice cream and the boy looked at me in awe. "Here, and thanks" Kinsey says putting money in the tip jar. I ran back to Tyler who picked me up and carried me back to the car, buckling me in. About ten minutes later we reached our house. And Tyler unbuckled me carrying me out of the car. "Woah are we rich?" Bode asks as we arrived at key house. "I don't know if I'd say rich, so much as very lucky." Mommy says as she walks of toward the house me, Kinsey, Tyler and bode stayed where we are. "How come dad never brought us here?" Kinsey says As bode runs after mom. "He said it was a depressing shit hole that wasn't fit for family." Tyler informed them. "I'd say that's accurate." Kinsey agrees "Hey welcome to key house." A familiar voice says, coming from a friendly face. "Uncle Duncan!" Bode yells and Tyler puts me down "Uncle dunc" I yell running to him. Kinsey and Tyler not far behind. "How was Boston?" Mommy asked with a laugh as they hugged. "It was good, oh I wanted to get you guys something to mark the occasion of coming to your ancestors home for the first time." Uncle Duncan says as he pulled out party hats "Yay!" I say as uncle Duncan hands my the pink one. "I was gonna get you a hat or something like a plant but I was running behind and I didn't wanna miss the movers so, one for you, and you, and you, and you." He says handing everyone a party hat. "Who wants to see inside?" He asked with a lopsided grin on his face. "Woah" I said as we entered the house "Movers unloaded the rest of your boxes so all you have to do is unpack." Uncle Duncan says. "Oh my god are these floors original." Mommy says Looking down at the floor "Oh it's all original" Duncan says back to her "Mommy whats so interesting about the floor?" I ask The rest of my siblings laugh but I just look at her confused. "It's just the original flooring the first owners used." Mommy explains "Ohhh okay" I say "Oh and the neighbours are really kind, there's a son around Evelyn and bodes age, and a daughter around Kinsey's age" uncle Duncan says "Quick tour this is the drawing room." "And this, this is the winter study" uncle Duncan says as we walk trough the Library. "Cool" bode says "Our ancestors amassed a pretty big library. Historical stuff, revolutionary war, books on Matheson, weaponry." Duncan began the endless list of books. "It's chilly in here,is the insulation every been replaced?" Mommy asks as we follow uncle Duncan down the hallway to another large room. "We replaced would imply that it was ever added." He laughed while leading us into a room covered in antique furniture. "This place is huge!, it just keeps going." Bode exclaims in excitement. "And this is the great room, it multifunctional. Living room, creepy portrait gallery." Uncle Duncan says, and I have to admit the portrait were a little scary. "Who are these guys?" Tyler questioned while pointing towards them. "Oh this this is Devon Locke, he still holds the grand score for the ground machine at pizza town." Duncan said playfully hitting Tyler's shoulder. "And this is Snooki, Lemonjello, Snooki the second, Buzz Lightyear, Phoebe, Chandler, and Monica. But, our most famous relative... no ones ever seen. The Lockeness monster." Uncle Duncan joked as Evelyn giggled, bode was not having it. " that's not even spelt the same." Bode explains as he pulls Evelyn a long. "Concluding our tour in the kitchen." Duncan said as he lead them into the kitchen. "Excellent. Okay guys, unpack... explore.let's do this thing" mommy says enthusiastically as everyone ran off. "Hey Tyler wanna go pick rooms" bode says "Uh you pick for me bud" Tyler says And me and bode run upstairs to pick our rooms this was my room once I had unpacked
