I woke up with a pounding headache. I squinted and saw that I was in a black room my hands were tied with ropes, and also were my legs. I also had tape covered to my mouth. I licked the tape to make it loosen. And it did. After 10 minutes of struggling I got the rope off my hands. I looked around the room. No windows, nothing. The room was pitch black I felt around the walls until I found a switch. I switched the light on and there was pictures of me ever since the day I came to America. Wow I looked buff. Loool. So all this time someone has been taking pictures of me for months and I never realised.I then heard footsteps approaching, I turned off the light and hid behind the door. I had a plan. I saw a tall figure walk into the room "Shenice? " I heard a familiar voice. The figure was looking for the light but I wasn't taking any chances I tiptoed out of the room and when it was safe I started running. I ran up the stairs and it was a house. I tried to open the door but all the bolts were locked and I heard footsteps approaching. I turned around and saw ... immediately everything became blurry . I had been shot.I looked at the hole in my stomach and all the blood pouring out of it. The more blood that left my body the harder it was for me to stand. I felt tears escape my eyes why did I have to meet August?, why did my mum go out with John. But when it comes to pointing fingers it was my fault. I wanted my mum,and I wanted everything to go back to normal
