( the rest of the story will mostly be in Simon's point of view, but this one is Wilhelm's)

good things really only do last in their moments don't they? I had an amazing time with Simon at the party and afterwards but now I've to go and see my family. After everything with my mom this is really last thing that I want to be doing, I know Simon is nervous for me going and I'm the same. I've no idea what she is going to say and what my parents are going to do.

" make sure you text me ok" Simon said and hugged tightly before I left

" don't worry I will, don't miss me to much" I said smirking

" hahaha I'll try not too, good luck" He said and kissed me as the car pulled up

" bye baby I love you" I said and he smiled

" I love you too" he said and walked away from the car as the door opened

" Prince Wilhelm, your parents have sent me to get you" my drive Alexi said and opened my side door

" hello Alexi" I said and got into the car

The drive home is about two hours, the most boring two hours. Is it bad that I'm already missing Simon? Don't answer that.

" what's happening? Why are the so many cars parked outside the castle?" I asked Alexi as we pulled up

" your parents are having one of their balls/dinners that they hold" he said and of course, great.

when I walked in I was rushed into my bedroom to change into a suit that was left on my bed for me, a navy suit with a with shirt and brown shoes. Once I was dressed I went and fixed my hair before walking into the crowds of people and being dragged over to my parents.

" welcome home son" dad said and I nodded as so many people tried to speak to me

" Crown Prince Wilhelm, my name is John, this is my wife Amanda and our children Henry, Rose and Michael" John said and shook my hand 

" nice to meet you" I said politely

" We've just recently moved since our, well my company was moved into the bigger city. Of course than having the king and queen invited you here was the quite the pleasure" he said and cleared his throat 

" but there has been a reason for our invite, Rose darling come here" he said and called his daughter over which made my heart drop into my stomach 

" hello father, Hello crown prince Wilhelm" she said and smiled 

" hi" is all I said with anxiety coming over me 

" why don't you two guys get to know each other?" My mother said appearing out of nowhere 

" well that's a brilliant idea isn't it? take a stroll in the garden even" John said and Rose held out her hand which I took to not come across as rude 

we walked into the garden like we were asked to do, it was very silent except for the music in the background. 

" uh ok, hello my name is Rose, how are you?" she asked and smiled 

" Wilhelm, I'm fine but confused" I said and shot her a fake smile

" same here, I'm just as confused as you" she said and sighed 

" did you know about this?" I asked her

 " nope no idea, all I was told was to wear a nice dress and that we were going to a fancy party" She said and laughed 

" my mother is going to be pissed that I'm not madly in love with you and aren't willing to throw away everything that me and Simon have" I said and took a seat on the bench and she sat beside me 

" I'll be honest here, I'm a lesbian and I hate this fucking dress, my father would probably kill me with his own two hands if he found out I liked pretty women except handsome men" she said and I smiled 

" I'm 18 in like four months so as soon as my money savings come in, I'm moving away changing my name because rose is so boring and properly with the girl I love" she said and had the brightest smile on her face like the one I have when I think about Simon 

" I can't escape the royal family but they aren't going to stop me from being with Simon, he's like the first proper person I've loved and would do anything for him, losing him would be the biggest mistake I could make, it would be the biggest mistake that anyone makes" I said and smiled just picturing Simon in front of me 

" we deserve to love who we want, are parents just need to let go and realise that we aren't their picture prefect little boy and girl anymore. They try to make us live this fantasy nobody wants except for them and for them to know that we don't want blows their mind" she said and I nodded in agreement 

" they don't want me to 'corrupt the royal family' what? all because I like a boy? all because the person I love is a boy? fuck that shit" I said and crossed my arms 

" fuck them huh? fuck our parents"

woah quite a long chapter, what do you all think of Rose? should I make her a big part of the story cause I've some ideas hehehehe.
