As the two nodded and went back to their corners.
"Let the duel begin." Ibri shouted. Anticipation stretched on, the palms of the audience sweating. You can't blink, you never know when you might lose them.
Ottar and Bell vanished and reappeared. Halfway across the colosseum. Ottar's grey sword and Bell black blade clashing against each other. The shockwave permeating throughout the stadium.
A second of struggle and they vanished once again.
"Oh, what's this? They're moving so fast that we can't even see them." Ibri said, "however, ladies and gentlemen if you use the glasses that were created by Asfi al Andromeda, you should be able to see their movement. Truly, a useful invention." People immediately equipped their glasses, even Lefiya had to do it since she wasn't high level enough.
People gasped.
Hundreds if not thousands of clashes were occurring in seconds alone. None of the two giving in.
The moved fast, Bell slightly ahead of Ottar.
"oya it seems Bell's faster than Ottar. Even Vanarfreya." Ibri commented.
"hmmm, his growth is huge, it is most impressive that he moves so well." Finn commented.
"Is that even the strength of level 6, it seems he is fighting above his level." Ibri asked.
"yes, we realised from early on, that Bell always roughly fought one level above his actual level," Finn commentated. People roared cheers in response.
But for Bell and Ottar this was all drowned out. Their own clangs of their swords mattering a thousand times more. Bell's battle junky grin and Ottar's acknowledging smile as they both looked at each other level eyed. Only the two and their swords mattered.
"Tch he ain't gonna win this is he?" Bete said.
"Huh? wh-why? It seems to me he is fairly level with him?" Lefiya asked confused.
"While that does seem true. Ottar's advantage in terms of experience seems blaringly obvious." Ais chimed in.
"true, he seems to have more experience with fighting humans than Bell." Riveria nodded in agreement.
"but didn't he fight a bunch of Evilus just a few weeks ago?" Tiona asked.
"He didn't fight them, he mindlessly slaughtered them." Riveria corrected as everything settled.
Finally, after a few minutes of fighting around the ring, a hit appeared. Bell barely managed to dodge as his cheek got grazed but it was enough to pull of his cloak.
"Reveal yourself... Bell Cranel," Ottar said. Soon, everyone went silent.
Everyone stared on in awe.
"So it's finally revealed," Hephaistos said suddenly walking to the Lokis.
"H-hephaistos sama, a-are you the one responsible for... that?" Riveria asked.
"Yes. Me and his blacksmith made it together. I have to say, she is quite talented." Hephaistos said, pride filling her voice.
There, stood Bell. A pure matte black smudge. The leggings reinforced with lightweight yet extremely durable goliath skin. His boot's with an achilles heel, the cowboy wheels set at the back. His top vest, a black chest plate with a red pattern of a Jester etched on. The actual person wearing a mask. An oni's mask with a slash streaking across the slit where the mouth should be.
But what caught the most attention was the large blade on his back. It was levitated from the ground but was just about as big as him, which is quite big since he is like 6'1 bare in mind. A white moroha, with an empty gap in the curving into the blade.
