Backstory : Zayn was born into a world were family were merely blood. Zayn Has an older brother named Zade (Ben Barnes[24]). Him and Zayn barley even looked at each other , they were raised in a mansion and both were stationed on different sides. Zade worked closely with their father on one end and Zayn stayed on the opposite end. The only time they could act like family is when the press popped cameras in their face.
Zayn's mother Gizelle marsh-Valet (Nina Dobrev) died when Zayn just turned five. since then their father Azrael Valet (Ian somerholder) hasn't been the same.
Zayn was just 10 when he made a flame in his palm. Then he started to tell others thoughts outloud without trying. Then he started to see things ,then whenever he sneezed something floated. Azrael had come quickly to the conclusion that Zayn was a mutant. That's when Zayn gained their fathers attention and Zade only got colder and more angry as they grew older. Zade one day didn't come home , Zayn was worried of course he would be it's his brother. Then at the same time Zade always came back so he didn't think of it well over think in his case.
Zayn never grew close to his father and he probably never will but to avoid trouble he abides rules within the house hold but the moment he leaves that all goes out the window.

Power explanation's (not in order) : With Zayn's element manipulation Specifically with the water element. He can heat up , freeze and control the moisture on someone's body and the water that lies within that person. With his fire , he can heat up blood in the human , or any organ in someone's body as much as control radiation and produce it himself. That can also make a force field With his earth side , he can make plants grow and he can kill them too. With his wind ability , he can turn the air around him into force or pressure (I think that speaks for itself)
Zayn's gravity manipulation , he can totally erase gravity from anything or anyone and he can also add he gravity and pressure to completely end someone. With Zayn's telepathy , he can hear thoughts yes but he can also influence them , he can make some do something by implanting the thought of it into their mind. Zayn's matter manipulation sorta speaks for itself , he can take on phase ps matter and turn it into another. Now finally Zayn's darkness manipulation , he can control shadows , create and move areas of darkness , he can teleport though shadows. He can negate light , he can create illusion and mental immunity. Lastly he had night vision.
