Introversion is Not a Flaw

Have you ever been told that you were shy or ever been told that you were not good enough to have friends because you wouldn't fit in? Have you ever been told that you needed to speak up in class by a teacher or else you would get in trouble? Or one of the most one. Have you been asked many times, "Why are you so quiet?" Or, "Do you ever talk at all?"

And when they ask that, they will become mad because you will never speak or talk to them. Well, if that person is you, then you must read this because this story is for people who were born quiet or shy and then show the people that called you quiet confidence because you are not a flawed person because you are quiet or shy.

Now some will think that being an introvert is not good for you or that it is a personality weakness that must be changed by coming out of their shell, talk to people and make friends and develop into an extroverted human that now fits in. If you ever hear people tell you that, don't because that shows they are putting more hate and negativity into you in order for you to change.

The only person that can change is you and you only, not anyone else. That's how I felt when going through this. Back when I was a kid, I was also shy and quiet. But as I was getting older, I started wanting to make friends and fit in with everyone else. The only problem is I was too nervous to speak to people (I wasn't nervous all the time. I did say a couple words). I will recoup back into my hiding place (which was my house) and stay in my own personal bubble reading my books, play video games or watching TV.

As the years went by, people around me would ask me questions that I would never answer like, "Why are you quiet?" Or,"Don't you ever talk at all?" Then they will get upset or mad because I couldn't talk to them. The most negative thing that bothered me the most was that the friends that I use to trust started to spread rumors about me
