"It was dark," one of them said, as they clicked on the flashlight and shined at the other four kids, Jeremy, Susie, Fredrick, and Fritz. "Turn that off Cassidy!" Susie ordered waving her hands in front of the beams that blinded her sight. "Ugh, fine," Cassidy moves the light from their veiw and stands it up on the ground making a lighter shade in the night. "Anyways, it was dark, there were five kids." They all knew, the same storyline at all campouts they had. "Cassidy, may I tell a story, you tell the same story everytime?" Asks Fritz waving his hand a bit. "Sure," she says handing the light to Frederick so he could hand it to Fritz. "Thanks," Fritz said as he grabbed the light. "Now, there were two boys, their names were Lincoln and Cole," He pointed the flashlight at them all one by one. "They really liked the circus that came to town every few months." "Is this a true story?" Frederick questioned. Fritz thought for a few seconds and replied with yes. "Wait, why do I hear music?" Susie whined, "Do you guys have a phone on you?" They all responded with a no.
"Let's go found out then," Susie said and got up and started to walk towards the sound of the music. They all thought it was a bad idea but they atleast wanted their friend to be safe so they all agreed to go with her. Dry leaves crunched under their shoes as they walked deeper into the forest, "Are those lights?" Cassidy asked with concern. They got closer to the music, but the lights were there aswell, the lights glistened and started to light up multiple things at once. "Wow, aren't those rides!" Fritz exclaimed, "Just like how the story went!" Fritz walked a bit closer to the railing and examining the place to find red ropes behind the railing. "Why are there ropes?" He asked, "We don't know, don't ask us." They chimed together. He looked up and noticed why there were ropes. "Look! Look!" He exclaimed, "A roller coaster!" Cassidy walked up the bars and looked at the ropes, "Hm, you all, follow me," She turned and said to them while she started to crawl under the safety.
"Freddy's Star-Ride?" They asked. "Lame," Fritz said as he kicked a stone under the track. "You know what would be cooler?" Susie questioned, "If we climb the tracks to the top, it doesn't seem that anyone is here." They exchanged glances at each other. "It's a tall coaster Susie, don't you think that's a bit dangerous?" Frederick questioned. Jeremy looks over at them all, "Guys, it's dangerous, we shouldn't do it!" Jeremy hesitated to say. "We will do it, come on Jeremy, don't be a scaredy cat," Susie said taunting him. "Fine," Jeremy muttered.
They headed over to the roller coaster from under the safety and grabbed the first bar on the track to climb. "It's like monkey bars!"Fritz said as he slowly crawled up the bars with his hands and knees. "Jeremy is scared! He is shaking!" Frederick laughed. "Stop! I don't care!" Jeremy snapped at him. "Oh relax, you won't fall, or will you?" Frederick smirked. A loud slap rang out as a red mark faded onto Frederick's arm. "Rude much," Frederick said, slapping his arm back. "Guys! Don't fight up here!" Fritz, Susie and Cassidy whisper shouted over. "Fine," the two fighting boys said back.
"How will we get down?" Fritz asked. "I don't know, but look at that," Cassidy astonishingly said as she pointed towards a robot mounted on a platform. "Woah!" They all said as they stared at the back of the robot, "We can't really see him though?" Susie whined. "We should get down and look at him," she added. Fritz started to back down from the bars, so did the four others, "Ouch! Watch your foot Jeremy!" Fritz yelled. "It wasn't me," he yelled back at Fritz. "Yes it was," Fritz argued as he grabbed Jeremy by the foot. "Fritz, let him go!" Cassidy screamed, "We are to high up! If he falls he will die!" Fritz started to tug on Jeremy's foot, "Stop!" Jeremy started to scream. Jeremy slipped off of the bars as Fritz still had grip of his leg, "Fritz, why!?" Cassidy screamed as she and Susie grabbed Jeremy's other leg. Frederick came over and grabbed his arms and hoisted him up
back up onto the bars, "Fritz how could you! You could have killed Jeremy! Susie yelled at him.
They stared at the roller coaster they were just on and turned to the robot next to a prize stand, "So many plushies!" Said
Susie as she hugged a Betty plush. "Woah! What's his name! What's his name!" Jeremy excitingly asks, he starts to put his hand out towards the bear robot and Frederick pushes his hand away, "Jeremy look, there is a sign that says to not touch the their robot's," Frederick says. "Fine," Jeremy said, sticking his hand out again, touching the robot's soft fur. "Jeremy," he whisper shouted, he grabbed Jeremy's arm and shook it a bit. "Jeremy come on, stop, I hear someone!" He again whispered. "Frederick grab him and let's go!" Cassidy said. Jeremy immediately snapped out of his trance as Fredrick grabbed him, he flung Jeremy over his shoulder and they all ran inside of a small connsesion stand. "Crouch down Fritz," ordered Susie. Fritz crouched down and they all looked over the rim of the stand.
"There, look over there, there is a brighter light," Cassidy whispered. "What is that..?" Asked Jeremy and Frederick. "I don't.. Wait, look!" Cassidy gasped. The shadow of a bear came into veiw. "What is that thing?" Susie asked. Their vision started to go blurry as they heard a loud sprinting noise as they saw a deformity of a shadow figure taking over their veiw, "No!" Jeremy screamed as he heard a loud crack from where all of his friends were standing, "Where are they?" He started to cry a bit after he couldn't see them anymore, "Are you all still here?" Jeremy hesitated to ask but did. He started to tear up as he had no response from any of his friends. He closed his eyes for a few seconds and opened them once more and saw the blurry shadow figure staring down at him, he wasn't at the concession stand anymore, Jeremy looked down and started to panic as he noticed he was on the coaster like he originally was, at that moment he realized that his friends must have suffered the same fate he was about too, he looked back up at the bear, he had two heads, and he had glimmering lights all over him.
"Let me go you circus bear!"
At that second was the moment that he suffered all his friends fate.
