Nora's Point Of View

The bright lights glared at me as I pealed back my sleepy eye lids. Where was I? How did I get here? Before my mouth could form any words images flashed across my mind from when I was drifting in and out of conscious. There were images of the door that pulled me into that long white hallway. The boy...THE BOY. He saved me? Who was he? Did he bring me here? All these questions raced through my mind.

But then a man that looked like he was in his late 40's stepped into view. Before I could open my mouth and blurt out the many questions that came into my mind he started talking.

"You have unforunitly stumbled into a predicament."

Clearing my scratchy throat I hesitantly replied, "Well, what exactly did I get myself into?"

He sheepishly said, "A big mess."

Gathering my courage I coldly snapped, "Your avoiding the subject. Can you please get back on track with my question?"

"Well fine if your going to put it that way i'll tell you. Right now you are under water. There are you satisfied?" He hurriedly blurted out.

I sputtered, "Are you crazy? What are you going to do with me?"

"Oh, honey don't worry i'm not going to eat you. Let's just say that you have a new home."

"Why?" I questioned.

"Because you found out about our existence." He stated as if it was obvious.

"Could you then maybe explain what this place is? Or how I can breath?" I quietly asked.

Smirking like he was twenty he explained, "This world is just like your Earth except for a couple changes. There is a king just like England. Though there are no electronics instead we swim for transportation and use magic for the rest. As for the breathing we put a breathing spell on your lungs."
