𝐁𝐀𝐁𝐘 𝐃𝐀𝐃𝐃𝐘
It was now your lunch break. It was Friday and you had fumi with you since you really couldn't trust Satoru with her anymore
You had a playroom installed in your office so you can keep your eyes on her. Soon as you packed away your stuff you walked over to the child who was currently playing with a set of jumbo blocks
As you lifted her into your arms you spoke "ready to go eat baby girl?" The child nodded with a bright smile understanding the word "eat" quite well
You then walked over to your desk grabbing your purse and a fumi's bag just in case of an emergency.
Soon as you walked out the door you were met with Mikasa who had a blush on her face "good day miss l/n sorry to bother your lunch break but someone wants to meet you" she told
"Whose that someone?"
"He's the designer you met with Monday gone," she told again and your eyes widened
Toji?!
"Where is he?"
"Oh follow me"
You followed behind your assistant as fumi just played with your necklace wondering what toji had wanted since it wasn't time for him to come in yet
When you got to where Mikasa took you, you saw toji sitting on one of the couches while watching through the magazine's placed on the coffee tables
When the male spotted you coming in he smiled but when he saw the child in your arms he also frowned especially since he saw the resemblance of Satoru in her
"Toji, what are you doing here?" You asked as the male walked over to you
"Thought I would take you out to lunch to catch up," he told you making you smile "are you asking me on a date?" You asked smugly, wiggling your brows at the black-haired male
Toji tched rolling his eyes playfully at you making the both of you laugh
"So... Is that-"
"Oh right, this is Fumiko my daughter but we call her fumi for short!" You told help pointing at the child who stared at him down
When he brought his face closer to the child he spoke up "hey ki-"
Fumi slapped the male across his face leaving him stunned "fumi no!" You shouted the child who only laughed at the male
"Sorry about her," you told the male apologetically but he only smiled fixing his posture
"She's like her mom," he told you before taking your bag from your arms "come on let's go"

The three of you finally got to the place toji took you to. It was a restaurant close by to your office that has amazing food
"Hello, do you two lovelies have a reservation? Oh hello, welcome again miss l/n!" The woman at the front desk asked before noticing it was you
"Yes, table for toji," the black-haired male told making the woman nod her head recognizing the name
"Right this way then," she told for us to follow her. We then got to a table near a big window that had fewer people around
"I will be right back with the menus, anything needed by the time?"
"Yes can I have a glass of water for fumi here," you told the waitress not bothering to look at her since your daughter occupied your attention
"Yes ma'am it will be here shortly," she said before you heard footsteps making you know she left
As you played with your daughter toji couldn't help but smile. He liked your smile got wider when you saw her and how you looked genuinely happy with her
But what you couldn't help but think about is why that "asshole" cheated on such a beautiful woman like you.
Is he insane!? I mean look at her. She is beautiful, kind, strong, and independent
Toji continued to watch you deep in thought till the waiter came back
"Okay here are the menus and here's the water miss l/n"
Taking the glass from the woman you put it to fumi's small lips for her to drink. As you did the child tried to hold the class for herself which you allowed but made sure to keep your hand under it just in case she lets go of it
"So can I ask what happened," toji asked you as his eyes were on little fumi
At first, you were confused but then caught on to it making you frown
"You don't have to talk about it if you don't wanna"
"No it's fine, I got over it anyway," you told rolling your eyes
After telling story
"Well he's a complete jackass if you ask me," toji told with a disgusted look on his face making you chuckle
"He is"
The food had come while you two were taking so the both of you ate while chatting. Fumi also had her little seat beside you as she ate her chocolate pudding
"So you're telling me that he was supposedly drunk and ended fucking another bit-"
"Ehem!"
"Shit sorry. Anyway ended up screwing another bi-... Woman but was allegedly continuous doing it?! Nahhh that's fucked up"
"Exactly, like it makes no sense to me!"
The both of you continued talking, eventually changing the subject to talk about other things trying to catch up in each other's lives
But completely unnoticed by the two adults was a certain white-haired male followed by his blond friend entered the area
