pocket watch allows akio to forward or rewind time.
quirk drawbacks: the weaker/less stamina the person has, the weaker the weapon gets (ex. a scythe's blade would get duller). pocket watch takes a lot of stamina away from the user, to regain this stamina, akio must rest for the amount of time he forwarded/rewinded divided by 5 (ex. 10 minutes = 2 minute rest).
