Chapter 10

All Might explained the Death Race and of your recent kidnapping as well as the club. He spoke about your blood, about how it was unfazed by poison and strange actions done by the hospital with the placebo pills. 

"The hospital must be checked out," Midnights voice was smooth like a cream and her beauty out matched Ivia. "For the hospital to withhold this information and give her a placebo is in all kinds of wrong. Strange blood? How often have we heard of that?"

"Strange blood?" Hawks chuckled. "Come on that must be her quirk."

"I was told by the doctors at every check up until I was 6 years old, that I had no quirks. Why would they lie to a child let alone to parents with quirks?" Your heart started to beat a bit fast, standing in front of all the heroes. 

"The hospital is the same one throughout your childhood?" Asked Midnight.

You gave her a nod. 

"My theory," The cowboy hero cleared his throat. "Not the entire Hospital but I believe we have some doctors working alongside the Red Snakes."

"That's a huge assumption." Said Hawks. 

Midnight spoke with a smile. "They could have done it involuntary."

Snipe nodded in agreement. 

"Do you think..," You looked a the folder that was filled with your blood information. "Do you think that the hospital lied about me having no quirk?"

The heroes all glanced at one another with that question. A lot of explanations and theories came around. The possibilities of doctors working with the Red Snakes, handing over documents about their patients. It's not only criminal but insane. These patients are told lies and their information are being held over to the Red Snakes. A walking target.

"Say," Fatgum picked up his tray of goodies and stuffed his cheeks, one by one. "Have you been taking any medications from his hospital other than those placebos?"

Your arms across over one another and you nervously looked around. Their eyes made your whole body shake. "I remember fussing around with my parents about taking pills when I was younger. After a few tantrums they... I think they gave up on forcing the pills on me."

"Well its final, we will be sending some heroes over to the hospital to scout out the doctors and figure out if our theories are true." Said All Might.

"We'll need to send over some interns whose names and faces havent been favored by the public." Hawks feathers flew around his body like little butterflies. He was obviously bored.

"Good point Hawks," All Might placed his hand on your shoulder. "Eraserhead will be taking her out to the country where the Red Snakes have been hidden away."

"Wait! My family was sent out to the country."

All Might shook his head. "Your family is on the other side of Japan in a different country side."

"Why am I even needed?"

You were becoming frustrated with the heroes. You have repeatedly told them about how useless you were unless having a quirk but they remain persistent to keep you under their wings.

"If the Red Snakes hear that you have remained in their area no doubt Ivia would keep kidnapping you until shes gotten a hold of either your blood or you." All Might sighed. He didnt like forcing a girl to do things she didnt want to but the Red Snakes needed to be stopped.

Aizawa groaned and sat up straighter in his seat. "Not only would the Red Snakes roaming be more controlled but while out in the country we will have your blood observed. Those pills that you were taking at a young age... do you know if your parents still have them?" Added Eraserhead.

"Pills and blood is all I hear. If that is what is being repeated then I will be taking my leave." Endeavor stood up and the room shifted over. Hawks stood up too.

"We will be sending any information to you if you're needed on this mission." All Might glanced at you and you awkwardly smiled.

Endeavor grunt and stepped out with a smiling Hawks to his side. Hawks gave a gentle wave and closed the door.

Midnight cleared her throat and stood up. "Back to what Eraserhead had said.."

"Oh right! Well, personally I dont know the name but I'm pretty sure in the hospital records they could have it."

All Might nodded. "Fine, Eraserhead and I will be working on the teams and within 14 hours the mission will commence."

All Might excused the meeting and one by one the heroes left the meeting room. Fatgum approached you and reassured you of your safety. He held up your hands that looked like a newborn's hand compared to his. A small marble looking candy popped into your hand and Fatgum left with a smile.

The moment you sat down, you watched as Eraserhead and All Might walked over to the corner and talked. Eraserhead glanced towards you. His gentle eyes staring at your face. He was at ease.

"Hey there darling," Midnight pulled a chair beside you and placed a hand on your lap. Her touch was as soft as her voice.

"Hi."

"How are you feeling?"

You shrugged. "I rather be home but I'm also curious about how all of this will lay out."

"We will get your answers. Promise."

She stood up and brushed your hair back. Fixing you to look more presentable.

"You have such a pretty face, show it more often."

You smiled and gave her a nod. Midnight smiled and walked off, waving a goodbye to you and the two boys remaining in the room.

The meeting room became chiller as you sat and waited for All Might and Eraserhead to build the perfect teams. One to handle the hospital, another to scout the Red Snakes hide out and another for your family.
